★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ganz abgesehen davon, dass der Kaffee fantastisch ist, wird hier Kundenservice hoch gehalten und ganz groß geschrieben. Ein Problem mit dem Lieferdienst hätte uns beinahe auf Kaffeeentzug gesetzt aber die wirklich unglaublich freundliche und entgegen kommende Hilfe dieser Rösterei hat uns gerettet. DANKE!!! Ich bin so begeistert von euch - nicht nur wegen dem besten Kaffees Österreichs sondern weil ihr seid, wie ihr seid.
Apart from the fact that the coffee is fantastic, customer service is very important here. A problem with the delivery service almost put us on withdrawal of coffee, but the really incredibly friendly and accommodating help of this roastery saved us. THANKS!!! I am so excited about you - not only because of the best coffee in Austria but because you are who you are.
