★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Das ist ein Hobbyverein und kein professioneller Anbieter. Kundenservice gleich null. Wenn man Glück hat, dann läuft die Internetverbindung eine Zeit lang problemlos. Aber wehe, wenn es Probleme gibt.
Selbst bei geplanten Wartungsarbeiten werden die Kunden im Vorhinein nicht informiert, dass es zu - mitunter tagelangen - Ausfällen kommen wird.
This is a hobby club and not a professional supplier. Customer service is nil. If you are lucky, then the internet connection runs smoothly for a while. But woe, if there are problems.
Even during scheduled maintenance work, customers are not informed in advance that there will be - sometimes days - failures.

Bestelle mir ein neues Modem für welches ich sogar monatlich zahlen muss, und Frage was ich mit dem alten machen soll.
Entweder zur Post bringen und selbst bezahlen, oder ich soll es bitte in die Zweigstelle nach Eisenstadt bringen.
Ja jetzt steht ich vor der Zweigstelle, doch diese ist geschlossen.
Rufe nochmal bei Kabelplus an und frage was das soll wieso die Dame am Telefon mir sagt ich soll dort hinfahren wenn geschlossen ist obwohl sogar im Internet steht geöffnet.
Ja kann man nix machen ich soll es per Post schicken und bezahlen.
Ein Entgegenkommen gibt es nicht.
Habe Pech gehabt.
Werde mich wohl um einen anderen Anbieter umsehen müssen.
Wie man an der Antwort erkennt, keinerlei entgegenkommen

Call again at Kabelplus and ask what that is about why the lady on the phone tells me I should go there when it is closed even though the internet is open.
