I've been doing it with enthusiasm for 2 years now. After about 3 months my back pain that had lasted for years was gone. I can only recommend!

Abnehmen, Muskelaufbau, Hautstraffung, etc. Alles zeigt seine positive Wirkung. Und man fühlt sich anschließend einfach wohl. Nun im 2. Lockdown dürfen wir daheim weiter trainieren! Susanne stellt uns die Geräte jede Woche zwei Tage zur Verfügung. Ein Wahnsinns -Service!!!! Danke Susanne, dass wir auf unser Training nicht verzichten müssen! We have been training at Bixpack in Eisenstadt since mid-2020 and are absolutely thrilled. Losing weight, building muscle, tightening the skin, etc. Everything shows its positive effect. And you just feel good afterwards. Now in the 2nd lockdown we can continue training at home! Susanne provides us with the devices two days a week. An amazing service !!!! Nach starkem Gewichtsverlust waren mein Bindegewebe, die Haut und natürlich die Muskulatur stark beeinträchtigt. Da ich vor einigen Jahren das EMS-Training wegen meiner Elektrosensibilität und der dabei aufgetretenen Probleme aufgeben musste, hatte ich starke Bedenken gegen Elektro stimulierte Trainingsarten. EMA ist definitiv anders und sehr wirksam. Die schnellen und großartigen Veränderungen meines Körpers bestätigen das. Natürlich tragen die zwei sympathischen Trainer ihres dazu bei. For about 4 months I have been training double units twice a week in Susanne and Paul Süssner's Pixpack studio. After severe weight loss, my connective tissue, skin and of course my muscles were severely impaired. Since I had to give up EMS training a few years ago because of my electrosensitivity and the problems that occurred with it, I had strong reservations about electro-stimulated types of training. EMA is definitely different and very effective. The rapid and great changes in my body confirm that. Of course, the two friendly trainers contribute theirs.
