No offer received for weeks. When asked, only the succinct statement that one could not make an offer. The renewed inquiry about the reason also remains unanswered.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unhöffliche Büroleute denken nicht nach und geben dir nach 2 wochen die kündigung als neues mitglied, sagen dir nicht mal was falsch war. Erwarten von einem lehrling das Fachwissen. Als Frau wurde ich jede woche zu einem anderen Polier geschickt um mich zu beurteilen. Nicht fair
Rude office people don't think and give you notice as a new member after 2 weeks, don't even tell you what was wrong. Expect specialist knowledge from an apprentice. As a woman, I was sent to a different foreman every week to assess myself. Not fair

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Besichtigung vor Ort wirkte sehr kompetent, dann kam das Angebot. Nach Zusendung des genauen Planes keine Rückmeldung mehr, auch der erbetene Rückruf blieb bis heute aus. Scheint nur auf große Baustellen fixiert zu sein.
On-site inspection seemed very competent, then the offer came. After sending the exact plan, no more feedback, and the requested callback has not materialized to this day. Seems only fixated on large construction sites.
