★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unzuverlässlich, zugesagte Liefertermine werden nicht eingehalten!!! Nach telefonischer Urgenz wird man auf den nächsten Tag vertröstet und dann passiert wieder nichts und man muss wieder nachfragen, da sich keiner darum kümmert und dann erfährt man, nachdem man den ganzen Tag gewartet hat, dass die Lieferung wieder nicht kommen wird!!! Schuld wird dann auf eine andere Spedition geschoben, denen der Aufrag übergeben wurde!
Unreliable, promised delivery dates are not met !!! After telephone Urgenz you are put off to the next day and then nothing happens again and you have to ask again, because no one cares about it and then you learn, after all day waiting, that the delivery will not come again !!! Guilt is then shifted to another forwarding company, to which the order was handed over!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Příjezdová cesta lemovaná zákazovými značkami, 3.5t, 7t, 12t... absence vedoucích čar u ramp, ostré dorazy. Zmatečná kancelář, kterou vlastně nepotřebujete, protože vás pošlou za vozíčkářem. Nasazení pracovníků enormní. 23 palet vytahovat elektrickým vozíkem 57 minut, to chce odvahu ? (přičemž vyložené palety řadil hned za vrata). Na narážku, že s takovým nasazením se nedivím, že prohráli obě světové války se moc netvářili ??
