★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Probleme mit der Baustelle am handelskai die Arbeiter sperren Fahrbahnen ab und wenn man Zentrale anruft tun die Damen schön am Telefon und sie informiert den Bauleiter aber es wird nichts besser
Problems with the construction site at the handelskai the workers block off lanes and when you call the central office the ladies do nice on the phone and they inform the construction manager but nothing gets better

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gute ordentliche Bauweise, Schallschutz in neuer Wohnung unzureichend. Nachbarn sehr deutlich hörbar bei Gesprächen. Trotz Vorsatzschale und Schallschutzziegel.
Update nach einem halben Jahr, Wohnung leider von allen Seiten sehr hellhörig, Gespräche der Nachtbarn deutlich hörbar, Wohnungseingangstüren und Wohnungstüren der Nachtbarn deutlich zu hören. Richtig ruhig ist es selten, man hort leider ständig Türen oder Gespräche. Schallschutz dürfte hier kein großes Thema gewesen sein. Für hellhörige Menschen nicht zu empfehlen.
Good tidy construction, soundproofing in new apartment insufficient. Neighbors very clearly audible during conversations. Despite facing formwork and sound insulation bricks.
Update after half a year, apartment unfortunately very badly soundproofed from all sides, conversations of the neighbors clearly audible, apartment entrance doors and apartment doors of the neighbors can be heard clearly. It's rarely really quiet, unfortunately you constantly hear doors or conversations. Soundproofing shouldn't have been a big issue here. Not recommended for clairaudient people.
