★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to have my kitchen plan, with my already made plan, since there was a 50% discount I just wanted to know the price . The attitude of the consultant was unbelievable, she was creating something out of her head, not sticking to my plan, no explanation of different models or which would suit the best my plan. 2 hours of wasted time. In the end I was refused to receive the final offer print, no print, no explanation what cost how much and the consultant said that this is her model and she is not paid for this:D It was my model, I gave it planned to her.I got just a rounded up price. They told me 5600k 50% discount ( usually 11200k) just for cupboards with 50% discount :D so nice kitchen with the appliances must cost you usually 15k, the same kitchen in Ikea cost 4k all in without any discounts and just the cupboards 2k.:D.Even if the quality would be better cannot be 5 times more expensive for MDF. I'm really disappointed.

I would never recommend to buy online from Leiner, I did and the deliverz time is 15 weeks informed onlz after the order is placed and paid! For couple of pan and kitchen stuff I have to wait 4 months to be delivered, this is unbelievable! I wrote them several times, they ensured me that I will receive the order soon...other month gone
Totally unprofessional services, they don’t care about customers at all
Totally NOT recommended, the worse experience ever with a Retailer

They sent the invoice to me and asked me to pay them the transport invoice, which I have had paid all weeks ago. I tried to explained but they insisted on forcing me to pay. Oh my god!
I advised her to check again with her colleagues. But they had screamed on me that I had to pay!
Finally, she called me and said I had paid but without a deep apology.
Leiner has good products but service is not equal good in all branches.
