★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hier herrscht anscheinend kein gutes Betriebsklima da ein ziemlich schneller Mitarbeiterwechsel herrscht. In der Dienstleistung erwarte ich mir Freundlichkeit und guten Service. Beides ist für mich mangelhaft. Man wird abgefertigt und beim Einladen meiner Sachen wurde mir nur bei meinem Tisch geholfen und das andere konnte ich alleine machen. Kein gutes Einkaufserlebnis.
There seems to be no good working climate here as there is a fairly rapid change of staff. In the service, I expect friendliness and good service. Both are deficient for me. You will be processed and when loading my things I was only helped at my table and the other I could do alone. Not a good shopping experience.

Unfriendly staff. Everything is too much. The customer wants to buy something but see it first? Outrageous!

Update: Haben vor über 2 Wochen eine Vitrine gekauft. Leider war ein Seitenteil kaputt. Wir wollten die komplette Verpackungseinheit austauschen lassen, was das einfachste gewesen wäre, dazu waren sie nicht bereit. Sie wollten nur das Einzelteil tauschen. Wir warten seitdem immer noch darauf.
Das Geld haben sie aber gleich genommen! Bei uns liegen die Sachen herum, wir werden dort nichts mehr kaufen! Bin echt enttäuscht!

Update: Bought a showcase over 2 weeks ago. Unfortunately, one of the side panels was broken. We wanted to have the entire packaging unit replaced, which would have been the easiest thing to do, they weren't ready for that. They just wanted to exchange the item. We have been waiting for it ever since.
But they took the money straight away! We have things lying around, we won't buy anything there! I am really disappointed!
