The Grasl company looked after us very well from the start and then implemented our wishes perfectly. 5 stars for advice, support and implementation of all tile work in our house and the tiled stove.
M	Max Arnemann on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Einerseits wird eine zufriedenstellende Arbeit ausgeführt - Andererseits wird jedoch die Leistung insgesamt unakzeptabel, und zwar durch unverschämte Nachforderungsbeträge und freche Kommunikation. Spezieller Trick des Hauses ist es, dem Kunden noch Ersatzfliesen an Ort und Stelle zu lassen, und diese happig mit ca. 10% der Auftragssumme zu berechnen (Jeder will ein paar Ersatzfliesen, aber nicht die Menge die hier kostenpflichtig abgestellt und saftig berechnet wird). Die Nachberechnungen haben System bei dieser Firma und entstehen regulär in jedem mir bekannten Fall (4 Fälle!) On the one hand, a satisfactory job is carried out - on the other hand, however, the performance as a whole becomes unacceptable, due to outrageous demands and cheeky communication. A special trick of the house is to leave the customer with replacement tiles on the spot, and to charge them roughly with approx. 10% of the order amount (everyone wants a few replacement tiles, but not the amount that is charged here and charged juicy) . The recalculations have a system at this company and arise regularly in every case I know (4 cases!)

Die Arbeiten wurden termingerecht durchgeführt, wir hatten bei unserem Neubau dann noch 2-3 Kleinigkeiten, diese wurden anstandslos behoben. Die Fliesenleger arbeiten sauber und genau. Alles was vorher ausgemacht wurde, Ersatzfliesen, Sonderwünsche etc. wurde laut Angebot erfüllt. War zwar nicht der Günstigste, aber die Arbeit passte perfekt. Vor allem die persönliche Betreuung durch Herrn Grasl, der sich auch nach Abschluss nochmals erkundigte, gefiel uns sehr. Ich werde die Firma auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. We were completely satisfied! The work was carried out on schedule, we had 2-3 small things in our new building, these were fixed without any problems. The tilers work cleanly and precisely. Everything that was agreed beforehand, replacement tiles, special requests etc. was fulfilled according to the offer. It wasn't the cheapest, but the job was perfect. We especially liked the personal support from Mr. Grasl, who inquired again after the completion. I will definitely recommend the company.
