2 Jahre altes Silber Armband mit Gravur Verschluss defekt Reparaturkosten 42€, nach 10 Tage wieder kaputt bei normaler Benutzung kosten 18€. Gesamt kosten 60€.
Noch dazu sehr unfreundlich!

2 year old silver bracelet with engraved clasp is defective. Repair costs 42 €, after 10 days broken again with normal use costs 18 €. Total cost 60 €.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So wo soll ich Anfang zum 1. eine Uhr abgegeben um das Glas zu reparieren nach 2,5 wochen kam kein anruf das sie mir bescheid geben ob es ein Produktionsfehler ist oder mein Fehler(kratzer). Erst als ich hingegangen bin sagten die Damen das es ein Kratzer ist. Ok.
2. Die Uhr wurde zur Reparatur geschickt ja das ist schon fast 3 Monate her. Heute angerufen die Dame meinte sie wird sich informieren und am selben dan noch melden tja ist nicht passiert bin zufällig zum infra gegangen tja was soll ich sagen es war leer im Geschäft bei denen aber kein anruf kam??
So where should I hand in a watch at the beginning of the first to repair the glass. After 2.5 weeks there was no call to let me know whether it was a production defect or my fault (scratch). Only when I went the ladies said that it was a scratch. OK.
2. The watch was sent for repair yes that was almost 3 months ago. Called the lady today said she will inform herself and report on the same dan well it didn't happen I went to infra by chance well what can I say it was empty in the shop but no call came

Die Uhr ist innen immer nass, obwohl sie als wasserdicht gekauft wurde.Es ist wie einen Witz ?.Dauert es immer 3-4 Wochen und wenn ich es dann zurück kriege passiert das gleiche schön wieder.??☹️
I bought a Hilfiger watch for my wife's birthday almost a year ago. Today is the fourth time it has been turned over to this store for repair. The inside of the watch is always wet, even though it was bought as waterproof. It's like a joke ? It always takes 3-4 weeks and when I get it back, the same thing happens again
