★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Beratung war aufdringlich und inkompetent. Man hat den Eindruck, es geht nur ums Verkaufen. Jeder Schuh war angeblich super und man wurde schulmeisterlich belehrt. Neu kommende Kunden wurden unfreundlich angeraunzt. Ich habe mich kaum getraut, nichts zu kaufen.
The advice was intrusive and incompetent. You get the impression that it's all about selling. Every shoe was supposedly great and you were taught by a schoolmaster. Newly arriving customers were ruffled in an unfriendly manner. I hardly dared to buy anything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The shop assistants are wonderful and helpful, but the selection sadly just isn't that great, especially for pointe shoes. They do carry Bloch, Merlet, and Gaynor, but if you're looking for anything else, you'll probably have to order online.

True that she must orderthe perfect shoe for you but that should be expected when you are shopping for point shoes, as there are so many variations.
