M	Manuela Öhler on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super schöner Shop in der Neubaugasse. Wir haben unser gesamtes Speiseservice von Motel a Mio und erfreuen und jeden Tag daran. Ursprünglich habe ich während des Lockdowns online bestellt. Bei der Lieferung waren ein paar Teller in die Brüche gegangen, ich konnte diese völlig unkompliziert im Shop umtauschen. Sowohl der Kundendienst als auch das Team in der Neubaugasse waren sehr freundlich. Man findet auch immer wieder ein neues Teil, das „Frau“ brauchen kann ?. Super nice shop in Neubaugasse. We have our entire dining service from Motel a Mio and we enjoy it every day. I originally ordered online during the lockdown. A couple of plates broke during delivery and I was able to exchange them in the shop without any complications. Both the customer service and the team in Neubaugasse were very friendly. You can always find a new part that “woman” can use ?.
R	Rene Novacek on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Geschirr gefällt meiner Freundin Super, jedoch der Online shop bzw E-Mail Kontakt ist eine Frechheit Habe einen Gutschein bestellt per Post, man hat mir gesagt der käme wegen Vorkasse nicht rechtzeitig zum Geb meiner Freundin an. Mir wurde angeboten ich bekomme zusätzlich einen per Mail Als da nichts kam, hab ich 3 Tage vorm Geburtstag schon Kontakt aufgenommen, ständig generierte Antworten oder eben sehr hölzern mit 0 Hilfe. Erst als ich einen Screenshot schickte bekam ich einen Tag zu spät den Gutschein per Mail ( Post immer noch nicht da) Geburtstags Überraschung im Einer. Und dann bekomm ich eine PDF wo nur "100" Oben stand und ein Code. Nichts was sich zu. Ausdrucken lohnte. Jetzt musste ich ihr ganz dämlich die E-Mail zeigen was sie zum Geburtstag bekommt. Danke für nix My girlfriend really likes the dishes, but the online shop or email contact is a joke I ordered a voucher by post, I was told it wouldn't arrive in time for my girlfriend's birthday due to advance payment. I was offered an additional email When nothing came, I contacted them 3 days before my birthday, constantly generated answers or just very wooden with 0 help. It wasn't until I sent a screenshot that I received the voucher by email a day too late (the post still hasn't arrived) Birthday surprise in one. And then I get a PDF where only "100" was at the top and a code. Nothing to. worth printing out. Now I had to stupidly show her the e-mail that she was getting for her birthday. thanks for nothing
M	Marlies Vrana on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tolles Geschirr, katastrophaler Onlineshop. Habe am 17.11 bei der Black Friday Aktion bestellt, nach über einem Monat Wartezeit wurde meine Bestellung storniert. Zuerst hieß es, das eine Modell hat Lieferschwierigkeiten, storniert wurde aber dann doch alles. Geld ist bis jetzt nicht zurück überwiesen worden. Geschirr habe ich keines für das Weihnachtsfest, dafür einen -20% Gutschein als Entschädigung…. Great dishes, disastrous online shop. I ordered from the Black Friday campaign on November 17th, after waiting over a month my order was canceled. At first it was said that one model had delivery problems, but then everything was canceled. Money has not yet been returned. I don't have any dishes for Christmas, but a -20% voucher as compensation….

Bestellten ein 16-teiliges Geschirrset bei der Black Friday Aktion als Weihnachtsgeschenk und bekamen erst jetzt, also 4 Monate später den restlichen Teil der Bestellung zugestellt. E-Mail Verkehr war auch nicht wirklich hilfreich - der Kundenservice meinte sogar wir sollten einfach stornieren, wenn wir nicht so lange warten wollen. Am Besten direkt in den Shop gehen und dort shoppen - wenn einem die Laune bis dahin nicht vergangen ist. The crockery is really beautiful and we love it BUT the delivery of the goods was terrible. Ordered a 16-piece tableware set during the Black Friday promotion as a Christmas present and only now, i.e. 4 months later, received the rest of the order. E-mail traffic wasn't really helpful either - customer service even told us to just cancel if we didn't want to wait that long. It's best to go directly to the shop and shop there - if you haven't lost your mood by then.

Und ich bin total begeistert! Es ging schnell, die Verpackung war sehr aufwendig. Und vor allem: Das Geschirr liebe ich! Es ist traumhaft schön!!! The communication around Black Friday was indeed strange, I can attest to that from others here. So I didn't order. For two other times. And I'm totally excited! It was fast, the packaging was very complex. And above all: I love the dishes! It is amazingly beautiful!!!
