Dieser ein Stern ist natürlich meine persönliche Meinung aber ich denke mir ich kann in Ruhe mit Leute teilen was meine Erfahrungen sind. Meine erste Arbeit war in Österreich und was sie mit mir gemacht haben, werde ich hier nicht beschreiben aber waren gar nicht menschlich. Mit sowas hab ich in meinem ganzen Leben noch nicht getroffen. Man kann immer was neues lernen und sich bemühen besser zu sein.. Sie wissen sicher sehr viel von Hotellerie, das ist gar keine Frage aber ohne Demut ist alles wertlos. Gott sei dank hab ich danach genug gelernt - Sprache, fast schon alle Stellen im Hotel und Restaurant, und was wichtigste ist! Fleißig zu arbeiten und demütig zu bleiben.. Wenn Sie so denken Personal muss einfach arbeiten wie Tiere, naja wird Hotel sicher weiter funktionieren aber die Frage ist, WIE? Ich könnte noch sehr viel schreiben aber ich bin mir sicher dass es nichts ändert und das ist auch nicht mein Ziel.. Danke für diese Erfahrung, von schlechte kann man am besten und meistens lernen. Ich wünsche Ihnen trotzdem noch viel Erfolg und mehr Verständnis in diesem Leben! Liebe Grüße aus Obertauern I think a hotel starts with the staff. Are heart of hotel.. This one star is of course my personal opinion, but I think I can share my experiences with people in peace. My first job was in Austria and I won't describe what they did to me here, but they weren't human at all. I've never met anything like that in my entire life. There is always something new to learn and strive to be better. You probably know a lot about the hotel industry, there's no question about that, but everything is worthless without humility. Thank God I learned enough afterwards - language, almost all jobs in the hotel and restaurant, and what is most important! Work hard and stay humble.. If you think like that, staff just have to work like animals, well, the hotel will certainly continue to function, but the question is HOW? I could write a lot more but I'm sure it won't change anything and that's not my goal either.. Thank you for this experience, you can learn best and mostly from bad ones. Nevertheless, I wish you much success and more understanding in this life! Greetings from Obertauern
