B	Beda Uku on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ leider gibt es im schneehaus keinen einzelzimmerzuschlag, das bedeutet, wenn man alleine ein doppelzimmer bezieht, bezahlt man für 2 personen... und das ist nicht gerade günstig... Unfortunately, there is no single room surcharge in the Schneehaus, which means that if you move into a double room alone, you pay for 2 people... and that's not exactly cheap...

Very hospitable new team, good food, very polite and nice staff, tolerant dealings with our students, open and flexible when it comes to change requests, generous and much more... We'd love to come back with our ski course!!! ??
F	Felix Schableger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich hab mir vorsichtshalber ein Handtuch mitgenommen, da ich in einer Rezession gelesen hatte, dass es keine gibt. Mir wurden aber vor Ort sogar zusätzliche angeboten. Es gibt auch Seife und Duschgel. Das Hotel hat eine Tiefgarage 2,10m. Es gibt einen SPA-Bereich mit Sauna, Dampfbad und Infrarotkabine mit Liegestühlen und Handtüchern. Zudem gibt es einen großen Discoraum und Billiard- und Tischtennistische. Auch ein Wachslkeller und ein Skischuhraum sind vorhanden. Im Zimmer ist alles, was man braucht. Es gibt auch genügend Steckdosen und WLAN bis 23:00. Das Frühstück ist sehr umfangreich und man bekommt auch sofort Nachschub, wenn etwas aus ist. Auch das Personal ist extrem nett und hilfsbereit! Ich kann hier überhaupt nicht nachvollziehen, warum das Schneehaus 'nur' 3,9 Sterne hat... vor allem ist mir nichts Negatives aus den Rezessionen untergekommen. Es ist eine der besten Jugendherbergen in denen ich war, die Zielgruppe sind Junge Menschen, Familien und Schulklassen. Wer einen Luxusurlaub will, sollte wo anders hin. Wir kommen wieder. I took a towel with me to be on the safe side, as I had read in a recession that there weren't any. But I was even offered additional ones on site. There is also soap and shower gel. The hotel has an underground car park 2.10 m. There is a SPA area with sauna, steam bath and infrared cabin with deck chairs and towels. There is also a large disco room and billiard and table tennis tables. There is also a wax cellar and a ski boot room. Everything you need is in the room. There are also enough sockets and WiFi until 11:00 p.m. The breakfast is very extensive and you get refills immediately if something is out. The staff is also extremely nice and helpful! I can't understand at all why the snow house has 'only' 3.9 stars... above all, I haven't come across anything negative from the recessions. It's one of the best youth hostels I've stayed in, targeting young people, families and school groups. If you want a luxury vacation, go elsewhere. We will be back.
