We were 5 days with 3 school classes here. The food was very good (all cooked, the meat partly from own slaughter), the rooms were clean and comfortable, the owners very nice, polite and courteous. For children and adolescents a lot is offered. So there is, for example, a football field with gates, a volleyball court, a trampoline, table tennis etc. It was a great (and certainly not the last) stay!

Nice and courteous service. The rooms are quite spacious and offer enough space to comfortably survive a week with 6 people in one room. The whole property is beautifully decorated and offers several balconies, a multimedia room, 2 table tennis rooms, a cozy lobby and a sauna with a balcony. The food is always delicious and plentiful and everyone present is always helpful and friendly. I can only recommend it.

Kurz und knapp gesagt. Einfach super. Was mir besonders gefällt ist das die ganze Familie dort arbeitet und alle mehr als freundlich sind.
In a nutshell. Simply great. What I particularly like is that the whole family works there and everyone is more than friendly.

Overall okay, quite reminiscent of a hostel. I stayed here during a week long ski trip with college, so I don't know what the price of the accommodation is like, however I assume that it is fairly cheap. The rooms are generally spacious with a combination of single and bunk beds, the rooms range from three bed to seven bed as far as I know. There is little else to say about them, rooms all seem to include beds, a table, stools, a good sized TV, two wash basins, a toilet and a shower room. A few rooms did not have any towels in them, but there was a cupboard full of towels in the pool room. The food was a point of contention during my stay. Dinner began with a selection of green salad, various vegetable items and pasta salad which we helped ourselves to. Before every meal we were served a kind of soup which came to be known as 'chicken water' as it resembled hot water with a chicken stock in it, this may have been a consommé but I don't know enough about food to draw a conclusion. About half of the people on our trip were repulsed by this but I enjoyed it very much. Main courses varied from day to day and usually included meat. They were satisfactory. Dessert was usually a sweet item in a small bowl, one example of this was half a canned peach with whipped cream, again, I enjoyed these deserts but not everyone did. Portion sizes at dinner were small, and those on larger tables often had to fight it out for food. I am reliably informed that in Austria it is perfectly acceptable to ask for more food, but often there was none left. Breakfast was fine, and we were able to make a packed lunch to take to the mountain, which was very helpful. We returned our own plates to the kitchen and were provided with a cloth so that we could wipe down our tables. The entertainment facilities at the hotel were okay, a pool set was available for a €10 deposit, but the set was of a poor quality. Likewise, there was a ping pong table, but one of the paddles went missing or something so we resorted to using a flipflop. The TVs in every bedroom were a nice inclusion, but Austrian television did not appeal to us. The WiFi was poor, signal in many of the rooms was so weak that it rendered the WiFi unusable. The signal was okay downstairs, though. The hotel had a no-shoes-inside policy, so we left our shoes in a cloak room with the ski boots, this was not a problem, and some people just ignored the rule anyway. The hotel consists of two buildings, an original 'farmhouse' style building and a more modern development, which is situated behind the other building and is accessible via what seemed to be a small subway leading off from the pool room. There was an elevator in this newer building. The older building looked very nice, with pretty architecture. Many of the building in the area have a traditional 'alpine' style, which is nice. The staff were fine, not as friendly as hotel staff in the UK but they seemed alright. As a English tourist, the hotel seemed to me to be quite like a hostel due to the way the rooms were set up and the way that the catering worked. The food was arguably the most controversial subject during my stay, and the best way I could describe it is this: I was satisfied with it for a cheap skiing holiday, however if I were to be served this food in a restaurant, I would be quite disappointed. Overall, I would recommend this hotel for anyone seeking what I presume to be cheap accommodation in a very nice area.

Good all round service and living areas with quality local food. May wake up to a bit of a smell however due to the cows living bellow some rooms which supply the hotel with its dairy products.
