Zweck des Videos war es, den Projektstandort in Graz sowie das Projekt selbst internationalen Investoren zeigen zu können, die auf Grund von Reisebeschränkungen nicht in der Lage waren, den Standort in Graz zu besichtigen. Hr. Streicher war äußerst kompetent und hat uns innerhalb der vorgegebenen (kurzen) Frist eine perfekte filmische Präsentation erstellt und sogar das geplante Appartementhaus als Animation in sein Video integriert. Dieser Film ist äußerst gut bei den Investoren angekommen und hat uns bei der Vermarktung des Projektes sehr unterstützt, ein wirklich nützliches Tool, auf das wir zukünftig vermehrt setzten werden! HUDEJ Zinshäuser Graz Real estate project presentation We commissioned LUMA Films 2020 with the implementation of a video for a real estate project presentation for a large apartment block for student living (325 apartments). The purpose of the video was to show the project location in Graz and the project itself to international investors who were unable to visit the location in Graz due to travel restrictions. Mr. Streicher was extremely competent and created a perfect film presentation for us within the given (short) deadline and even integrated the planned apartment house into his video as an animation. This film has been extremely well received by investors and has given us a lot of support in marketing the project, a really useful tool that we will increasingly rely on in the future!
