The new Yoga Loft by Lisa is a real place of strength for me! You immediately feel comfortable and in good hands, there is such a fine and cozy atmosphere. Ich nutze zur Zeit (Lockdown 2021) die Videos von studyo nahezu jeden Tag für meine Yogapraxis. Sie sind die zweitbeste Möglichkeit, Yoga zu praktizieren - nach den Live-Stunden. For me the best yoga studio in Graz! The methods and exercises that Lisa Schopp developed are ideal for yogis with back problems like me. At the moment (Lockdown 2021) I use the studyo videos almost every day for my yoga practice. They are the second best way to practice yoga - after the live lessons.

Durch die Yoga Stunden habe ich einen guten Ausgleich gefunden und bin seitdem auch weniger verletzungsanfällig und mental auf einen neuen Level. Das online Programm kann ich ideal in meinen Alltag integrieren. Freu mich aber wenn ich wieder direkt vor Ort an den Livestunden teilnehmen kann. Ich fühle mich sehr wohl dort. The studyo program is the ideal complement to my job as a footballer. Through the yoga lessons I found a good balance and since then I have also been less prone to injury and mentally on a new level. I can ideally integrate the online program into my everyday life. But I'm looking forward to being able to take part in the live lessons on site again. I feel very comfortable there.

Wir sind zwar aus Wien, besuchen aber regelmäßig das Studio in Graz - manchmal fahren wir extra für einen Therayogaworkshop von Lisa nach Graz.....über das Onlineyogaprogramm von Lisa freuen wir uns besonders, denn jetzt können wir auch von Wien aus das tolle Yoga- & Fitnessprogramm von Lisa und Marion genießen....ob online oder vor Ort - Studio ist einfach unser Yogazuhause! For us, studio is the best and most beautiful yoga studio! We are from Vienna, but we regularly visit the studio in Graz - sometimes we drive from Lisa to Graz especially for a Therayoga workshop ..... We are particularly pleased about Lisa's online yoga program, because now we can do the great things from Vienna too Enjoy Lisa and Marion's yoga & fitness program ... whether online or on site - the studio is simply our yoga home!

Aufgrund von Rückenproblemen (Bandscheibe Lendenwirbelsäule) bin ich auf das Studio aufmerksam geworden. Nach einem sehr kompetenten Beratungsgespräch mit der Inhaberin Lisa, wurden mir die Therayoga Einheiten speziell bei Rückenproblemen empfohlen. Nach den ersten Einheiten hat sich mein Rücken absolut verbessert. Mit der vorangegangene Physiotherapie konnte ich diese Erfolge leider nicht erzielen. Mittlerweile bin ich schmerzfrei! Ich kann die Therayoga Online-Stunden für Vielsitzer und bei Rückenproblemen jedem uneingeschränkt empfehlen. I can highly recommend the studyo as well as the online lessons. Due to back problems (intervertebral disc, lumbar spine), I became aware of the studio. After a very competent consultation with the owner Lisa, the Therayoga units were recommended to me especially for back problems. After the first few units, my back really improved. Unfortunately, I was unable to achieve these successes with the previous physiotherapy. I am now pain-free! I can wholeheartedly recommend the Therayoga online lessons for frequent users and anyone with back problems.

Man ist total flexibel, hat die Möglichkeit alle verschiedenen Arten auszuprobieren und es gibt für jede Tages"Laune" das Passende. Lisas Professionalität und Menschlichkeit geht auch im Video nicht verloren. Dank ihrer langjährigen Erfahrung weiss sie genau, wann sie was sagen muss - manchmal glaub ich sogar, sie kann mich sehen ;-) Gerade in dieser Zeit ist es fein, auch zu Hause Yoga auf hohem Niveau genießen zu können! I have been an avid video subscription user for a few months. You are totally flexible, have the opportunity to try out all different types and there is something for every day's "mood". Lisa's professionalism and humanity are not lost in the video either. Thanks to her many years of experience, she knows exactly when to say something - sometimes I even think she can see me ;-) Especially at this time it is nice to be able to enjoy yoga at a high level at home!
