Zur App (an das JOKR Team): Bitte macht eine eigene Kategorie mit VEGAN oder verseht eure Produkttitel mit irgendwelchen Blatt-Icons, so dass man gleich am ersten Blick erkennt, was vegan ist und was vegetarisch. Danke The delivery service is extremely reliable and fast (delivery takes place within 15 minutes). About the app (to the JOKR team): Please make your own category with VEGAN or mark your product title with any leaf icons so that you can tell at first glance what is vegan and what is vegetarian. thanks

Danke. "Too Good To Go" surprise bag (Sep. 2021) for € 4 instead of € 12 Very nice service, when picking up the bag I was asked if beer was wanted, the goods received also have higher value. Thanks.

Alles auf der App ist sehr gut übersichtlich, sodass man sich schnell zurecht finden kann. I love JOKR! You can tell that it is really important that everything goes well :-) Deliveries are abnormally quick and the drivers are nice. Everything on the app is very clear, so that you can quickly find your way around.

Im Anschluss muss mühsam reklamiert werden, damit man eine Erstattung erhält. Lieber wäre es mir, wenn die fehlende Ware direkt nochmal geliefert wird. Ansonsten muss man erst recht wieder zum klassischen Supermarkt.... Good concept, but unfortunately unreliable. With 6 orders so far, goods have been missing twice. Subsequently, a complaint must be laboriously made in order to receive a reimbursement. I would prefer if the missing goods are delivered again directly. Otherwise you have to go back to the classic supermarket ...

Werde immer auf später vertröstet und warte mittlerweile schon seit 4 Tagen darauf. War anfangs echt sehr positiv überrascht von der schnellen Lieferung, aber wenn der Support immer so unzuverlässig ist, werde ich beim nächsten Mal woanders bestellen. I have already contacted support three times and still haven't received an invoice. I'm always put off until later and have been waiting for it for 4 days. At first I was really pleasantly surprised by the fast delivery, but if the support is always so unreliable, I'll order somewhere else next time.
