Konnte den Artikel nicht zurückgeben, man hat mir einfach kein Rücksendeetikett gesendet und auf Mails nicht mehr geantwortet. Würde dringend raten Abstand von diesem Unternehmen zu halten!
Unfortunately, sells used goods as new goods and is not aware of any guilt after repeated notices and requests for return. Couldn't return the item, they just didn't send me a return label and didn't respond to emails. Would strongly advise you to keep your distance from this company!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die guten Bewertungen bei dieser Firma scheinen sich primär auf das Essen in dem Beisl, das vorne bei der Firma mit dabei ist, zu beziehen. Die Firma JoKe an sich wirkt so, als hätte sie es nicht notwendig, mit Kunden zu sprechen und sich deren Überlegungen, Fragen oder Argumente anzuhören. Emails werden einfach nicht beantwortet. Da möchte ich nicht wissen, wie es wäre, wenn man bei dieser Firma eine Reklamtion abwickeln möchte. Also wir würden unseren Freunden diese Firma NICHT empfehlen.
The good ratings at this company seem to relate primarily to the food in the Beisl, which is at the front of the company. The JoKe company itself seems as if it does not need to talk to customers and listen to their thoughts, questions or arguments. Emails are simply not answered. I don't want to know what it would be like if you wanted to process a complaint with this company. So we would NOT recommend this company to our friends.
