★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich war am Samstag in der Filiale, um einen Fernseher zu kaufen.
Da ich nicht sehr viel Ahnung von den neuen Geräten habe, ließ Ich mich beraten,; die Beratung war hervorragend und Ich wollte das Gerät kaufen - einen Sony XR-65A80J 65 Zoll OLED Google TV um 1695 Euro .
Worauf der sehr nette Verkäufer meinte, dass es ab Montag eine Aktion gäbe mit 5 Jahren Garantie ums selbe Geld.
Als Ich am Montag den TV abholen wollte, kostete dieser plötzlich 1999 Euro und nicht wie versprochen 1695 Euro und der Verkäufer meinte , er kann da nix machen.
Ich bin zweimal nach Oberwart gefahren und habe jetzt erst keinen Fernseher.
120 km für nix! Ich bin sehr enttäuscht.
Noch dazu hat er mir am Samstag gesagt das Sie drei auf Lager haben die sind über's Wochenende auch um 300 Euro teurer geworden ganz schön viel Aufschlag finde Ich.

Since I don't have a great deal of knowledge about the new devices, I sought advice; the advice was excellent and I wanted to buy the device - a Sony XR-65A80J 65 inch OLED Google TV for 1695 euros.
Whereupon the very nice seller said that there would be a campaign starting Monday with a 5-year guarantee for the same money.
When I wanted to pick up the TV on Monday, it suddenly cost 1999 euros and not 1695 euros as promised and the seller said there was nothing he could do about it.
I went to Oberwart twice and now I don't have a TV.
120 km for nothing! I am very disappointed.
On top of that, he told me on Saturday that you have three in stock and they've also gone up by 300 euros over the weekend, which I think is quite a surcharge.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich kaufe schon seit der Eröffnung des EOs vor so vielen Jahren regelmäßig in diesem Media Markt ein und bin immer wieder aufs Neue positiv überrascht. Nicht nur von den Angeboten (ein neuer Fernseher vor 2 Wochen) aber auch von dem sehr netten und kompeten Personal. :)
I've been shopping regularly in this Media Markt store since the EO opened so many years ago and I'm always pleasantly surprised. Not only from the offers (a new TV 2 weeks ago) but also from the very nice and competent staff. :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wenn ihr wisst was ihr wollt, oder Kleinkram (DVD, CD, USB etc.) kaufen wollt seid ihr beim Media Markt absolut richtig.
Aber sobald es zur Beratung geht bei größeren Anschaffungen geht doch bitte vorher in einen Fachmarkt und berstet euch dort. Auch wenn es euch dort eine Beratungsgebühr kostet, die Detaillierte Beratung schafft Media Markt bei weitem nicht was vorallem für älteren Menschen oft /meist ärgerlich ist.
Wer wirklich genau weiß was er will kann das natürlich auch problemlos kaufen dort, keine Frage, aber Beratung ist definitiv noch sehr verbesserungswürdig.
If you know what you want, or want to buy small items (DVD, CD, USB, etc.), Media Markt is the place for you.
But as soon as it comes to advice on larger purchases, please go to a specialist market beforehand and burst yourselves there. Even if it costs you a consultation fee there, Media Markt does not provide detailed advice by far, which is often / mostly annoying, especially for older people.
If you really know what you want, you can of course easily buy it there, no question, but advice is definitely still in need of improvement.

Kaufte schon mehrere Sachen,
wie zum Beispiel.: Laptop, Tablet, Kopfhörer& Heißluftfritteuse und bin von der ehrlichen und höflichen Auskunft der Mitarbeiter noch immer begeistert!
Obwohl ich immer in Internet Ausschau halte nach Schnäppchen, aber da ist mir der geringe Aufpreis ALLE MALE wert!
Very competent staff in different departments!
Bought several things
such as: laptop, tablet, headphones & hot air fryer and I am still enthusiastic about the honest and polite information from the employees!
Although I'm always on the lookout for bargains on the internet, the small additional charge is ALL times worth it to me!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waisted a full day at home waiting for a scheduled TV delivery. Did not receive any prior notification they were not going to deliver. In total, I had to make 14 calls with the disappointing result I will have to spend another 1/2 day waiting at home later this week. MM Oberwart blamed the delivery company. The delivery company stated MM did not have the TV ready for pickup on the working day prior to the scheduled delivery. The people I talked to seemed to care very little about the specific feedback that would allow them to avoid mistakes like that in future.
