I had a pre-subscription since 2020 (even before it has ever opened) with 2 years binding, 6 months free and afterwards 50€/month conditions. At the opening in 2021 I was told that I can get a flexible monthly cancellable contract for the same price (50€/month) which would be more practical for me since I do not know how long will I stay in Vienna. So I changed my contract (loosing the 50€ already payed activation costs and the 6 month free membership in order to keep the flexibility). After the 1st month they increased the price to 70€/month. When I asked about it they admitted that they misinformed me and they are sorry but that is my new monthly fee. (So basically I lost 6x50€ monthly fee and 50€ activaiton fee because they misinformed me and offered me a contract which basically does not exist).
Another big minus point that I chose this gym because of the promise of live courses and since weeks they are not happening anymore. Live courses were only available for 2 month and during this time it happened twice to me that the trainer did not show up at the course.
I am not the only one who got misinformed about the conditions...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gym is actually pretty nice but trainers don't wear masks when they walk around and have convos with other gym members who go by their example and also don't wear masks standing in the main walkway in a big group. Not great when the staff are the main rule breakers
