★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The machine for paying the tickets swallowed my 2 euro coins. I was supposed to pay 2,50. I called the technician and he told me to use another way of payment. When I told him that I already paid, he closed the call and on the machine was suddenly written out of order. I went down to pay it since nobody showed up and the price increased to 5 e. So with the 2 that I already gave the other machine, I paid 7 euro for parking. Thank you very much.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got the ticket when I went in. And spent about 10-15 minutes in there. On my way out, I inserted the ticket into the machine, didn't charge. Cause first two hours are free. But when I inserted the ticket into the second machine, one is nearby the turnpike on the exit, it read it and gave me back. But the turnpike didn't open. So I called support service, the female on the phone said, there is nothing could be done, to help me. She said, if I want to get out of there, I have to buy another ticket. And that ticket did cast me 25 euros! That female on the phone was very rude and impolite. I would sue the owner of the parking garage, if this country were serious. The government and the rich people in this country do what ever their like. And can easily get away with it. Because you don't have enough money to hire a lawyer to sue them!
