Ich kann nur hoffen, das diese beiden Damen noch lange diesem Geschäft erhalten bleiben. Echt schönes Einkaufserlebnis gehabt. Kann es nur weiterempfehlen. Today (28.12.19) been in the shop, very friendly and above all very competent salesgirls! I can only hope that these two ladies will stay in this business for a long time. Man blieb in Kontakt und es wurde mir nach Eintreffen direkt nach Hause zugestellt von einer sehr netten Dame vom Team. Also in diesen Zeiten wirklich ein toller Service und absolut verlässlich! Die Schmuckberaterin (mit Brille und längeren blonden Haaren) war sehr freundlich. Durch die kompetente Beratung, ihrem fachlichen Wissen, ihren Einsatz und die jahrelange Erfahrung haben wir dann ein tolles Geschenk gefunden. Das gepflegte Aussehen und ein Lächeln unter der Maske Ist natürlich auch in das Beratungsgespräch mit ein zu beziehen. Jeder Mitarbeiter ist ein wichtiger Baustein für das Unternehmen. The lady at the counter said it would be done on the spot and that I could look around at their other products while I waited. I looked for some time then, feeling it was taking a bit long went over to the group of staff who were huddled together. The most senior lady handed me back the watch saying that the battery and the watch were broken. I looked surprised as the watch had been working fine before. She said if it was still under warranty, I should try to get it fixed by the maker. It all seemed strange as it had been working fine and my husband was very careful with it. The lady was very curt and the staff were all looking awkward. It seemed something was not being said. Sure enough the watch was now broken.( I took it to a proper watch shop who repaired the watch and the battery.).
