Dann hatte ich jedoch einige Termine, die von der dortigen Ärztin vertreten wurden. Ich fühlte mich von ihr nicht respektvoll behandelt. Mein persönlicher Eindruck von der Atmosphäre vor Ort war, dass meine Bedürfnisse als Patientin, vor allem was die Privatsphäre und Kommunikation angeht, nicht Priorität sind. So erhielt ich zB nach einem geäußerten Wunsch nach einer Umkleidemöglichkeit (Paravant o.Ä.) von einer Mitarbeiterin den Hinweis, dass dies doch nicht notwendig sei. Ohnehin schon unangenehme Arztbesuche sollten nicht mit regelmäßigem Ärger verbunden sein. Zum Glück gibt es auch andere Ärzte. I was treated in the ordination for several years and was initially satisfied. But then I had a few appointments that were represented by the doctor there. I felt I was not being treated with respect by her. My personal impression of the atmosphere on site was that my needs as a patient, especially in terms of privacy and communication, are not a priority. For example, after I had expressed a wish for a changing facility (screen or similar), an employee advised me that this was not necessary after all. Visits to the doctor that are already unpleasant should not be associated with regular anger. Fortunately, there are other doctors too.
