★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe 2015 für meinen Superjet einen Dekorsatz mit Vorkasse bestellt. Dieser Dekorsatz kam 1. falsches Produkt und 2. beschädigt bei mir an. Ich habe daraufhin reklamiert und zurückgeschickt. Bis heute habe ich mein Geld nicht zurückbekommen. Leider sind die Kosten für eine Klage höher als der mir entstandene Schaden. Wie schon andere Rezensionen bemerkt haben: Minus 5 Sterne wären hier angebracht.
In 2015 I ordered a decor set with prepayment for my Superjet. This decal set came 1st wrong product and 2nd damage to me. I then complained and sent back. I have not got my money back until today. Unfortunately, the cost of a lawsuit is higher than the damage I suffered. As other reviews have noticed: minus five stars would be appropriate.

Bin pünktlich zum Termin gekommen, keiner macht auf.
Keiner hebt ab, kurz danach kam der Rückruf, der Herr schickt mich zu einer anderen Adresse und wiedermal macht keiner auf. Nach mehreren Anruf hebt auch keiner ab!!! Unnötige Zeit verloren. Finger weg von dieser FIRMA!!!
I've never seen such a dubious company.
I got to the appointment on time, nobody opens.
Nobody picks up, shortly afterwards the call came back, the gentleman sent me to a different address and again nobody opened it. After several calls, nobody answers !!! Wasted unnecessary time. Stay away from this COMPANY !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Im Vorjahr um 3000 Euro Motor gekauft. Jetzt möchte ich Antworten zu einer Diebstahlsicherung aber Herr Rother findet es nicht nötig auf mehrere Mails zu antworten. Da endet der Kundendienst leider nach dem Kauf wie man auch an anderen Rezessionen lesen kann.....
Bought engine for 3000 euros last year. Now I would like answers about an anti-theft device, but Mr. Rother does not find it necessary to reply to several emails. Unfortunately, the customer service ends after the purchase as you can read in other reviews .....

Bei unseren Booten funktionierte jeglicher Einbau bzw. jede Reparatur einwandfrei. Würde niemand anderen an das Boot lassen! Gerne jederzeit wieder und absolut empfehlenswert.
Company with handshake quality. Mr. Rother can always be reached by phone, provides professional and individual advice. Every installation or repair of our boats worked flawlessly. Wouldn't let anyone else on the boat! Gladly again at any time and absolutely recommendable.
