abgeschlossen. Man konnte spontan die Miete
verlängern. Alles war sehr sauber. Man konnte mit dem Auto in die Vorhalle fahren. Man bekommt auch Plattformwagen zum Aufladen von Material. Tolle Sache. Kann man nur weiter empfehlen.
The storage facility corresponded to our expectations. Contract became straightforward
completed. You could spontaneously rent
extend. Everything was very clean. You could drive into the lobby. Platform trucks are also available for loading material. Great thing. Can just be recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eine sehr freundliche und hilfreiche Dame im Büro hat mir einige Lagerräume gezeigt und schnell und problemlos den Vertrag ausgefertigt. Die Zufahrt, die Einfahrt, das Lagerabteil, die vorhandenen Transportwagen - alles ist sehr praktisch, sauber und einfach zu bewerkstelligen. Für mich der perfekte Lagerort!
Résumé nach einem Jahr: ich könnte nicht zufriedener sein! Die Damen in der Verwaltung sind freundlich wie am ersten Tag, hilfsbereit und kompetent wenn ich Fragen habe. Das Haus ist sauber, alles funktioniert, ich habe ein sehr sicheres Gefühl und bleibe weiter Kunde!
A very friendly and helpful lady in the office showed me some storage rooms and quickly and easily completed the contract. The driveway, the driveway, the storage compartment, the existing transport trolleys - everything is very practical, clean and easy to manage. For me the perfect storage location!
Résumé after a year: I couldn't be happier! The ladies in the administration are friendly as on the first day, helpful and competent when I have questions. The house is clean, everything works, I have a very secure feeling and will continue to be a customer!

Waren mit der Abwicklung sehr zufrieden.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hatte mein Abteil für ca. 9 Monate und kann nur sagen das es das Geld wert war. Bei der Anmeldung bekommt man eine tolle leichtverständliche Lageskizze wo das Abteil ist. Des weiteren ist die Anreise mit dem Auto indoor möglich und es stehen Transportwägelchen bereit an den Türen, wo es zu den Abteilen geht. Der Kundenservice wird hier großgeschrieben, so konnte ich sowohl über den Webseiten Chat mit einer sehr kompetenten Person mich informieren lassen und auch die Mitarbeiter Vorort waren immer sehr reaktionsschnell wenn es Anfragen gab. Leider ist die Zahlung einmal nicht durchgegangen, aber dies war kein Riesen Ding und konnte dann zur Zufriedenheit aller gelöst werden - es lag leider an der Bank selber.
Konstruktive Kritik wäre nur bei der Codeeingabe das diese schwer erreichbar sind und mit dem Auto und deswegen sehr nahe herangefahren werden muss, eventuell wären hier „Schwanenhälse“ statt senkrechter Bedienfelder eine Lösung um die Eingabe zu erleichtern und eventuelle Schäden an den Reifen und Eingabeinseln zu vermeiden.
Had my compartment for about 9 months and can only say that it was worth the money. When you register, you get a great, easy-to-understand map of where the compartment is. It is also possible to travel indoors by car and there are transport trolleys ready at the doors where you can go to the compartments. Customer service is very important here, so I was able to get information from a very competent person via the website chat and the on-site staff were always very responsive to inquiries. Unfortunately, the payment did not go through once, but this was not a huge thing and could then be solved to everyone's satisfaction - unfortunately it was up to the bank itself.
Constructive criticism would only be when entering the code that these are difficult to reach and therefore have to be driven very close by car, possibly "goosenecks" instead of vertical control panels would be a solution to facilitate the input and to avoid possible damage to the tires and input islands .
