★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The older seller in the store is extremely rude and his technical knowledge is questionable. I asked for DSC Labs color chart, and he was trying to sell me a different brand product (which is not so good) by telling me that was the best chart out there, and he got insulted when I disagreed. Also he is dropping phone on people by telling them that they need to speak clearer English and he is the one who speaks unclear and is completely uninterested.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The owner of the shop is extremely rude and possibly a rassist. He flipped out because my boyfriend and I spoke in our language and he KICKED US OUT from the store. Before that he told me that I have to talk to him only in German. I would never recommend anyone to support this business by buying anything there. Also, prices are way too high.

I have been twice this week in the shop and I have been treated, both times, in such a disgraceful, rude, impolite and agressive way by the old guy (probably the owner) that I wish I never stepped foot in this shop. Besides, the general feeling when you enter the shop is really like time had stopped in the 70s - probably when it was last renovated.
Also, no refunds are accepted, you will only get a "gutschein" so that you HAVE TO come back. Unbelievable in 2021/2022.
I strongly advise to avoid this shop at all cost!
