T	T in Portugal on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was transferred into this hotel because the hotel i had originally booked was unavailable for technical reasons. Jaz has an interesting concept and is well located. The view from the rooftop bar is fantastic. However, the room I had didn't have a writing desk and the bathroom isn't completely separated from the sleeping area. Also there are very very few TV channels. The TV is huge, though. The bed as well. But there is no real wardrobe. So, a funky place, but not what I would have normally wanted to book. However, I trust that restaurant and bar are very good.
H	Hassan Ali on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed 4 nights, the room very small, dust under the table and bed, we had to ask them every day to clean the room, they won't change the towels and the bed's cover if you don't ask, if you use the coffee capsules/ water bottle, you have to begging to bring you other. Cleanness and service very bad , price is too high for bad service . good location near Metro station on Mariahilf

The only problem was the cleanliness... there were still urine splatters on my toilet when I first checked in from the guest before =/ and the trash can in the bathroom was also still full. I don't think they changed the bed sheets from the guest before...
S	Suwaidi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First of all i will say that hotel was amazing in a lot of aspects and i wish i could give it 5 stars. The art, the design and the rooms were amazing. The staff was extremely helpful when I asked them about different locations and things to do in the city, they always went out of their way to help me. The gym was alright and serviceable but very small. There is also a sauna but i didn’t try it out. However the food at the hotel wasn’t the best and there was practically no room service because of covid but its fine since there are a lot of cafes all over the city and its important to mention. and the final thing is the bed, it might be a personal nitpick but it was extremely hard which would be fine for a lot of people and it wasn’t the most comfortable. All in all the positives really do outweigh the negatives and i would highly recommend it for a different hotel experience.

Did I say the service was phenomenal? Thank you so much to everyone. We visited between January 8-13. Front desk and rooftop bar staff were very helpful and accommodating.

The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful and went above and beyond in every aspect of our stay. When we had issues working our record player, they resolved it promptly. They even left some complimentary birthday cake and a lovely birthday postcard. The room was amazing, which was important as the 10pm curfew limited our evening activities. The pillows were some of the comfiest ever and I would love to know where they were purchased from so I can buy some for my own bed.
