★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An advent weekend in Christmas Vienna!
On the positive side:
* Large, spacious, comfortable rooms.
* Friendly staff.
* Lovely breakfast selection.
* Great location in the heart if Vienna.
* Easily accessible both by the underground and the bus.
On the negative side:
* The WiFi signal is very week.
* They should get rid of the mold in the bathroom.
* While the shower is lovely, they should provide it with a manual. Switching it on is rather tricky ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Breakfast is good. Room is spacious. Great location - right on Mariahilferstraße, near to metro station, shops, restaurants. Staff are helpful. Hotel feels a bit outdated. We had a room on the 6th floor, which needs to be accessed from a different elevator - it's slightly inconvenient, especially when we have large suitcases.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Right in the heart of mariahilfstrasse. Walking distance to all the monuments. Next to metro station and if you catch the offers is very cheap for 4stars hotel. Friendly staff

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice hotel very close to the main attractions. Very big and spacious rooms. Breakfast buffet with a good selection of both sweet and savory food. Staff are very nice and attentive. Only downside I would point out is that the shower screen does not completely close, leaving a tiny space where water can leak, soaking the floor close to the bath. It didn't bother us, but I am sure the cleaning personnel is not too happy about it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Small hotel but big rooms (suite sized) and considering that and the central location, the price is extremely low.
Don't expect a concierge, gym or anything like that. It's a budget hotel with room size and location as main value points.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ hotel's location is great but there are things that you need to beware of:
1. deposit- im not sure if I will ever get back my deposit, tho upon checking out,the receptionist said we will get it in 2 business days, its been more than that and we havent received it.
2. they are very strict on late check in; no reason was provided
3. breakfast is great but no variety
4. swan, the receptionist is a bit condescending whenever we are asking things like "can I know whats the policy for late check out, or what are the timings of breakfast"
we have been in different NH hotels from amsterdam to germany but by far this is the worst one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent location to explore Vienna. There is underground parking for 20€ a day, it’s a little tight with a single entrance/exit, not fun for large vehicles. Nice breakfast options are nearby. Located directly near an underground station. The rooms are big and clean. There were water boilers in the rooms for making tea or instant coffee using the pure Viennese tap water

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alright starting off saying that the rooms are nice, price is OK and the staff was very helpful.
Now, things get weird with the building layout. In the tower where I stayed not all of the floors have elevator access. This is of course annoying if with luggage.
Also, it does have an entrance on the street they advertise but it's through a mall/station that closes a midnight. If you arrive after X time, you need to go through their actual lobby entrance that is on the parallel back street. Nobody warns you about this and it's not pleasant to be dropped by the taxi and then having to walk around the block (big block) at 3 AM to the lobby.
WiFi was terrible in my room. Don't expect to have a very pleasant email or Teams session.
If you get a room close to the elevator, being a 80+ years equipment old, it makes A LOT of noise and shakes the structure considerably. You'll end up feeling almost like if you were in a subway station. Every time it goes up and down you'll hear the whole thing.
Probably the rooms in the main building are nicer in all these regards... But these are just not I'm afraid.
