★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The ladies that run this hotel are very nice, but I did not not enjoy my stay here.
I was put in an older room which was small and oddly configured. The toilet was outside the room down the hallway. The bed was not that comfortable, and there were no power outlets near the bed. Sounds from other rooms and circulating/draining water were bothersome. The room was warm, and when I opened the window I had to endure cigarette smoke from the cafe directly below.
The next night I stayed in a much more comfortable room at a pension/hotel walking distance away, for less cost. I cannot recommend this hotel unfortunately.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This a very simple/plain hotel. This is not necessarily a bad thing. In all actuality it's a good thing. It is in a very central location and it's very cheap. So for tourists that are planning on seeing sights or shopping or in general being out for the most part of the day this is perfect

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good Food, had lunch and coffee here. They don't have a lot, but what they have is really tasty. I had salmon with rösti. Seems also like a nice place to stay. They have 1,2 and 3 person rooms. Personnel is very friendly and you feel wellcome here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The cafe that's attached to the hotel is officially my favorite place in all of Vienna. The staff is the friendliest I've ever met - they remembered me on my second visit and treated me like a princess! The music is great, the atmosphere is relaxing, and the food is delicious. Until you've tried their amaretto hot chocolate with whipped cream, you haven't truly lived! You can count on me coming back to this place whenever I'm in Vienna. :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Room was dirty and corridor was dark. Lift was tiny and cramped so had to take to grips to bring all the luggage. Room had dirty mirror, strange things on the wall and cracked floorboards. The bed was uncomfortable and the lights were damaged. View was not too bad but window was dirty. My worst complaint is the toilet. The toilet light was flickering and the toilet could not flush and was very smelly. The bathtub was very slippery and the shower curtains kept falling down. Although staff were nice, room was totally not worth it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely friendly and helpful staff. It's an old building, so everything you're getting feels a bit older but it's clean and well taken care of. The street we were on was a bit loud at night and the shower in our room was tiny. Overall, it was a pleasant stay in Vienna. Only about a 15 minute walk to "downtown" Vienna and a 5 minute walk to the metro.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent staff; cozy single rooms; superb location: very near to major attractions of the city within 10-15 minutes walking distance. Shared bathrooms for solo travelers. Solo rooms have a wash basin inside. Roadside noise seeps in through the walls, but that's okay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super cool! My stay here was so comfortable. Even when I first arrived stepping on the door, I was being very welcomed by the staffs. The interior was very cozy, made us feel like in our own room. Comfortable bed, clean sheet and towel, bathroom was simple.
