★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rude service, the bartender agressively asking for a tip.. I didnt think about giving a tip as all he did was press a button on a machine to pour me a hot chocolate. He made ma understand in a very Rude manner that a tip is necessary. No tips and no nothing in this Hütte anymore. Congrats, way to advertise your

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a really bad experience. It’s not possible to pay by card and the staff was behaving in a really rude and reluctant way - mocking the customers that couldn’t speak German properly. Unfortunately for them, I do speak and understand German.
One barman was even refusing to serve a customer that could only speak weakly in English, saying in German “he doesn’t speak Arabic or whatever stupid language he was speaking”. The customer was an old man trying to order a cup of tea. Although the sceneries at the ski bar are nice, I really don’t recommend this place, unless its staff changes. It’s a shame.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cash only. Unpleasantly pushy to leave a tip, they keep pointing at the board saying that “Tip is not only a town in China”. They often stop the music to repeat over and over again that you are not allowed to consume your own foods and drinks, in multiple languages.
