Door een misverstand van de eigenares werden we beschuldigd van overlast en onheus behandeld. Nice rooms, recently renovated. But the customer-friendliness could be a lot better. Due to a misunderstanding of the owner, we were accused of nuisance and treated unfairly.

Unfortunately, we had some really unpleasant moments with the owner. He acted very aggressive infront of us one evening and continued to do so because of a misunderstanding. He even made us pay for something we did not break. The woman/his wife always acted nice towards us though.
D	Dave Morrison on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place, very nicely decorated. Great position on the edge of town, shops, bars and ski lifts are short walk. Really enjoyed my stay and would come back.... Heads up if your British, the other guests use the sauna nude, this is custom in Austria.
K	Koploper77 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very good place to stay, it has a nice view of the mountains so I liked it. The rooms are big and comfortable, especially the 2 bathrooms were great. There is however a car wash/gas station directly next to the building, and a road where a lot of cars like to show that their vehicle can make a lot of sound, and I had a few issues with the wifi which can sometimes disconnect, but that was fixed on day 1 so that wasn't too bad. Overall a beautiful place to sleep.
B	Barry Clapperton on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So to start with we turned up and couldn’t get access to the apartment as reception isn’t ever manned we had to call a number for someone to let us in. Owner didn’t seem overly friendly. Next problem we had was there was 7 of us all doing different things and the only gave us 3 key cards although she said she had given us 4, couldn’t get more. Next problem was 7 men in the same apparently skiing, there was no fresh towels and they didn’t replaced toilet rolls. On check out all seemed good they gave us somewhere to store our kit and gave us our deposit back, on returning for kit after skiing the owner had held it hostage saying the room was damaged, this damage was a wardrobe door which had been a bit loose but nothing major, on checking wardrobe the wardrobe door was completely off and the owner wanted 410 euro to repair it. This seems like a bit of a scam as we didn’t break the door, this will probably be badged again for the next unsuspecting group! She seemed very verse at saying “it will be fine you can claim off your insurance here is a bill.”On looking at google reviews this isn’t the first time this has happened to people. Avoid this place or be very aware! I could buy the wardrobe for this price, she made up the repair cost from an old bill from 2016 and added 10% for inflation. Absolute joke.
S	Sven De maeseneer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service was awfull and home owner was unfriendly. Laat decade, i have always been skiing in mayrhofen, appartment or hotel was always decent. For the first time in ten years i would absolutely recommend everyone to Stay away unless you want to have a lot of discussions with the home owner or want to Risk losing tour deposito.
