★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beim Bereitschaftsdienst um 21 Uhr sehr unfreundlich,sagt uns am Telefon wir sollen uns beeilen weil er gleich schließt aber er hat gesagt er hat bis 22Uhr!! Man bekam gleich das Gefühl:was wollt ihr noch um die Uhrzeit,könnt ihr nicht früher draufkommen? Sowas gehört sich einfach nicht....
The on-call service at 9 p.m. was very unfriendly, told us on the phone we should hurry because it was about to close, but he said he had until 10 p.m.!! You immediately got the feeling: what do you still want at this time, can't you think of it earlier? That's just not appropriate....
