Heute wollte wir Medikamente für unseren Säugling kaufen, leider war dieses Medikament nicht da. Anstatt das man es bestellt wurde uns versucht das Medikament für Kinder anzudrehen (ist für Säuglinge viel zu hoch dosiert). Während Corona wurde hier auch nicht auf die Maskenpflicht geachtet. Mitarbeiter kamen zum beraten ohne Maske vor die Plexiglasscheibe und auch Besucher von Mitarbeitern laufen einfach ohne Maske durch den Verkaufsraum und hinter die Ladentheke. Von einer Apotheke erwarte ich mir mehr! The pharmacist seems to be very well trained and advised us very well in the past, unfortunately this does not apply to the staff. Today we wanted to buy medication for our baby, unfortunately this medication was not there. Instead of being ordered, we tried to sell the medication to children (it is much too high for infants). During Corona no attention was paid to the mask requirement. Employees came for advice without a mask in front of the plexiglass window and visitors of employees simply walked through the sales room and behind the counter without a mask. I expect more from a pharmacy!
