★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Furchtbar. Egal was man will - sie haben es nicht oder wollen es einem nicht verkaufen. Man muss dikutieren ohne Ende - auch wenn man nur destilliertes Wasser will. Und letztlich wollen einem die Tussen immer was anderes, teureres aufschwatzen... TIPP: groooooooßen Bogen um diese "Apotheke" machen....
Awful. No matter what you want - they do not have it or do not want to sell it to you. You have to dikutieren without end - even if you only want distilled water. And finally, the Tussen always want something else, more expensive chitchat ... TIP: groooooooßen bow to make this "pharmacy" ....

Ich wollte heute für meinen Hund Insulin holen - hat bis jetzt bei anderen Apotheken immer gut geklappt, hier wurden wir aber regelrecht angeschrien, dass man Insulin nicht einfach so kaufen kann. .... Ganz ehrlich, ich hab kein Problem damit, sowas kann man auch normal sagen und gut ist es. Aber einfach auf so eine unhöfliche und unmögliche Art finde ich nicht in Ordnung. Meine Familie und ich werden deshalb diese Apotheke auch nicht nochmal aufsuchen, es gibt zig andere, bei denen man wesentlich freundlicher behandelt wird.

I wanted to get insulin for my dog today - so far it has always worked well at other pharmacies, but here we were literally shouted at that it is not easy to buy insulin. .... Honestly, I have no problem with that, you can say that normally and it is good. But just in such a rude and impossible way, I don't think it's okay. My family and I will therefore not visit this pharmacy again, there are umpteen others who treat you much more kindly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nicht empfehlenswert da diskriminierend. Stellt Menschen mit Maskenbefreiunsattest vor die Türe. Es gibt ausreichend andere Apotheken, die ihre Kunden nicht sinnentleert diskriminieren.
Not recommended as discriminatory. Put people with a mask exemption certificate in front of the door. There are enough other pharmacies that do not discriminate against their customers in a meaningless manner.
