D	DreizehnX on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2 Sterne weil die Waren sehr hohe Qualität haben - die Preise sind entsprechend hoch, aber das ist auch gerechtfertigt. Den Punkteabzug mache ich deshalb, weil ich noch nie eine so schlechte Beratung erlebt habe: Meine Frau war auf der Suche nach einem Wanderrucksack. In Summe konnte die Verkäuferin sagen, dass er ein Fassungsvermögen von 26 Litern hat. Als meine Frau Rucksack probiert und darum gebeten hat, dass sie ihr hilft, den Rucksack richtig zu tragen, hat die Verkäuferin nur genickt und gemein "passt so". Dass zwischen Trägern und Schultern ca. 5cm Abstand war, war egal. Wir haben dann zu zweit an den Verschlüssen gewerkt - die Verkäuferin stand daneben und hat - sobald wir auf etwas draufgekommen sind - immer nur genickt und gesagt "ja, so geht das". Auf gezielte Fragen hat sie nur zögerlich reagiert und man hatte den Eindruck, als hätte sie den Rucksack noch nie zuvor gesehen. Sie konnte auch nicht sagen wie genau man den Rucksack einstellen muss damit er richtig getragen wird. Diese Info habe ich mir dann in einem anderen (allgemeinen) Sportgeschäft geholt, in dem ich meinen Wanderrucksack gekauft habe. Bisher habe ich es in jedem Geschäft erlebt, dass die Angestellten die Produkte kennen. Hier leider nicht. 2 stars because the goods are very high quality - the prices are high, but that is justified. We then worked on the closures with two of us - the saleswoman stood by and, as soon as we came up with something, we just nodded and said "yes, that's the way it works". On specific questions, she has responded only hesitantly and you had the impression as if she had never seen the backpack before. She also could not say exactly how to adjust the backpack so that it is worn properly. I then got this information in another (general) sports shop where I bought my hiking backpack. So far I have experienced in every shop that the employees know the products. Not here, unfortunately.
