Trotz der Äusserung uns nur Umzusehen wurden wir in 10 Minuten 3 mal gefragt was wir suchen. Prinzipiell nicht schlecht, aber wie bereits erwähnt wollten wir uns nur umsehen. The price is rather high, but the quality fits. Unfortunately we had a very pushy cashier. Despite the statement we were just looking around we were asked 3 times in 10 minutes what we were looking for. Not bad in principle, but as already mentioned, we just wanted to look around.

O	Only Me on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ein Musterbeispiel für ein gutes Geschäft! Ich verbringe bei JW pro Einkauf immer nur 5-10 Minuten. Warum? Ganz einfach: Weil das Personal kompetent und die Produktqualität in Ordnung ist! Da die Qualität in jeder Filiale gleich ist, gehe ich hier nur auf das Personal ein: •Es wird immer gegrüßt. •Wenn gerade kein Beratungspersonal verfügbar ist, wird man dennoch angesprochen und gebeten ein paar Minuten zu warten. •Das Personal bleibt beim Kunden und läuft nicht ständig davon. •Schon beim Hinterfragen, was man benötigt, merkt man, dass das Personal Ahnung von den eigenen Produkten hat. (Sie weißen z.B. auf JW-spezifische leichte „Größenunterschiede“ im Vergleich zu anderen Marken hin.) •Produkte müssen nicht irgendwo gesucht werden, sondern werden gezielt aus den Regalen genommen und dem Kunden übergeben. •Das Personal weiß über Vor- und Nachteile einzelner Produkte zueinander Bescheid und liest nicht einfach irgendetwas vor. •Es wird nicht versucht dem Kunden irgendetwas Unnötiges einzureden. Hier kann man vernünftig einkaufen – eine klare Empfehlung! A prime example of good business! I only spend 5-10 minutes per purchase at JW. Why? Quite simply: Because the staff is competent and the product quality is okay! Since the quality is the same in every branch, I will only go into the staff here: • It is always greeted. • If there is currently no counseling staff available, you will be approached and asked to wait a few minutes. • The staff stays with the customer and doesn't run away all the time. • As soon as you question what you need, you can tell that the staff has an idea of their own products. (They point out e.g. JW-specific slight "size differences" compared to other brands.) • Products do not have to be looked for anywhere, but are specifically removed from the shelves and handed over to the customer. • The staff knows about the advantages and disadvantages of individual products in relation to one another and does not simply read something out. • There is no attempt to convince the customer of anything unnecessary. Here you can shop sensibly - a clear recommendation!
