Ich und mein Freund sind hineingegangen und wie es sich gehört haben wir die 2 Verkäufeninnen freundlich begrüßt. Diese waren jedoch so in Ihr Privatgespräch (Keine Arbeitsunterhaltung!) vertieft dass sie uns nur kurz angesehen haben, mit einem sehr abwertenden Blick, und ein Hallo haben wir natürlich nicht gehört.
Wir haben uns etwas umgesehen und ich sagte zu meinem Freund wenn die nicht mal Hallo sagen können dann Kaufe ich auch nichts ein.
Wir hätten gerne einige Dinge in diesem Geschäft gekauft.
Wir haben das Geschäft verlassen.
Dannach gingen wir zum Steinecker, die Verkäuferinnen waren sehr nett, freundlich, zuvorkommend und legen Wert auf Ihre Kunden.
Die Damen vom Jack and Jones könnten sich davon eine ganz große Scheibe abschneiden!
Unfortunately no good experience.
Me and my friend went in and as it should be, we gave the 2 sales women a friendly welcome. However, they were so absorbed in your private conversation (no work conversation!) That they only looked at us briefly, with a very derogatory look, and of course we didn't hear a hello.
We looked around and I said to my friend if they can't even say hello then I won't buy anything.
We would have liked to have bought some things in this shop.
We left the business.
Then we went to the Steinecker, the sales women were very nice, friendly, courteous and value their customers.
The ladies from Jack and Jones could learn a lot from this!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die beiden Verkäuferinnen gehen überhaupt nicht auf ihre Kunden ein. Sind zudem sehr aufdringlich auch wenn man sagt das man nur schauen möchte wird einem gleich was angedreht und zwar so penetrant das man schon fast einen Kaufzwang hat. Kundenwünsche werden überhaupt nicht beachtet ( einem gefällt etwas garnicht und sie sagen "schaut eh super aus das würd ich kaufen" etc etc ) . Desweiteren keine Selbstbedienung erlaubt?
The two saleswomen do not respond to their customers at all. Are also very intrusive even if you say that you just want to look something is turned on immediately and so penetrating that you are almost forced to buy. Customer requests are not taken into account at all (one doesn't like something at all and they say "looks great anyway, I'd buy it" etc etc). Furthermore no self-service allowed?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super Laden, kaufe meine Hosen nur da. Die Verkäuferin merkt sich über ein halbes Jahr meine Größe und Länge. Zum Teil weiß sie sogar noch was ich zuletzt gekauft habe. Echt super.
An das Managment: Warum gibts kaum mehr Hosen in länge 30? Das heißt es gibt sie nur Online, wo sie dann um vieles teuerer sind als andere Längen!!!! Online gehts scheinbar für jede Größe einen anderen Preis. Die fünf Sterne sind für die Mitarbeiterinnen im HEY.
Great store, only buy my pants there. The saleswoman remembers my size and length for more than half a year. In some cases, she even remembers what I bought last time. Really great.
To the management: Why are there hardly any pants in length 30 anymore? That means they are only available online, where they are much more expensive than other lengths!!!! There seems to be a different price for each size online. The five stars are for the employees at HEY.
