D	Doris on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich war vier Mal in dem Geschäft und von herzlicher Bedienung war nie was zu merken. Der erste Einkauf war in Ordnung, da hat alles gepasst. Beim zweiten Mal musste ich etwas geschenktes Umtauschen, bei dem bei dem Zweiteiler eine falsche Größe dabei war. Rechnung hatte ich keine da es ein Geschenk war. Dasselbe gab es natürlich nicht in der richtigen Größe. Und das einzig passende zu dem Body war eine Hose, die 15 Euro billiger war als der gekaufte Strampler. Das Restgeld oder eine Gutschrift habe ich nicht bekommen. Beim dritten Einkauf war ein Strampler dabei, bei dem wir zu Hause draufkamen, dass die Druckknöpfe kaputt waren. Also wieder Umtausch. Dasselbe gab es natürlich kein zweites Mal. Geld zurück ging nicht. Besonders zuvorkommend war die Dame nicht. Was anderes hat mir nicht gefallen. Also musste ich irgendwas annehmbares nehmen, dass ich ihm erst in einem Jahr anziehen kann. Alles in allem eine große Enttäuschung trotz netter Kleidung. Nochmal werde ich dort sicher kein Geld mehr lassen. I was in the shop four times and there was never a sign of warm service. The first purchase was okay, everything was fine. The second time I had to exchange something free of charge, where the size of the two-piece set was wrong. I had no bill because it was a gift. Of course, the same size was not the same. And the only suitable thing for the body was a pair of pants that was 15 euros cheaper than the onesie that was bought. I didn't get the remaining money or a credit. The third time I bought a romper, we noticed at home that the snap fasteners were broken. So exchange again. The same thing never happened, of course. No money back. The lady was not particularly accommodating. I didn't like anything else. So I had to take something acceptable that I can only put on him in a year. All in all a big disappointment despite nice clothes. Again I will definitely not leave any money there.

Die Beratung und der Kundenservice sind wunderbar und passgenau, das Geschäft liebevoll eingerichtet und die Auslage lädt immer wieder zum Schnökern ein. Mittlerweile habe ich auch die Papeterie für mich entdeckt und kaufe gerne Karten für besondere Anlässe. Sogar während der unzähligen Lockdowns wurden alle Hebel in Bewegung gesetzt, sodass die Ware auf kurzem Wege zu mir kam. Ein riesengroßes Dankeschön an alle MitarbeiterInnen von Herzilein und auf viele weitere schöne Jahre. When I first came to the store a few years ago to buy a few presents for the birth of my godchild, it was all over me. The advice and customer service are wonderful and perfectly tailored, the shop has been lovingly furnished and the display invites you to snoop over and over again. In the meantime I have discovered the stationery for myself and like to buy cards for special occasions. Even during the countless lockdowns, every lever was pulled in motion so that the goods came to me quickly. A huge thank you to all Herzilein employees and to many more wonderful years.
M	Margit Hegenbart on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Zeit zu der ich Kindermode gekauft habe ist zwar vorbei, aber bei diesem Geschäft auf der Wollzeile kann man nicht vorbeigehen ohne davor zu verweilen. Ein wahrer Künstler muss diese Auslagen arrangieren - mit unendlicher Liebe zum Detail. Ich kann mich nie sattsehen an den Szenen die dargestellt werden, mit all den Figuren und Miniaturen. Das muss man gesehen haben! The time when I bought children's fashion is over, but you can't walk past this shop on Wollzeile without lingering in front of it. A true artist has to arrange these displays - with infinite attention to detail. I can never get enough of the scenes that are shown, with all the figures and miniatures. You must have seen that!
F	Flo W. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Netter, kleiner Laden mit hochwertigen Produkten. Preise sind ok - vielleicht etwas höher, aber dafür bekommt man auch keine 0815 Stangenware. Nice little shop with high quality products. Prices are ok - maybe a bit higher, but you don't get 0815 off-the-shelf goods.

I called Wollzeile and the help was quick and friendly and I was able to order right after the phone call. + Reliable: The goods were ready for collection on time! (I then decided to pick it up in the shop.) + The personalized cuddle cloth (No. 6 lion with embroidery configurator) looks great and feels comfortable! :-) = a pleasant shopping experience and a clear recommendation from me!
