★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider extrem schwach. Melden sich trotz mehrfacher Urgenzen nicht. Die Interessiert glaube ich gar nichts und leben anscheinend ohne viel Aufwand gemütlich von den Gebühren, die die Eigentümer bezahlen.
Unfortunately extremely weak. Despite several Urgenzen do not report. Those interested I don't believe anything and apparently live comfortably from the fees that the owners pay without much effort.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Das Unternehmen verdient meinen Erfahrungen nach nicht einmal einen Stern! Unfreundlich & unkompetent! Nach mehriger Kontaktaufnahme, auch (schriftlich)an die Geschäftsführung mit der Bitte um eine Rückmeldung - keine Reaktion ! Unfreundliche Abweisung am Telefon einer Mitarbeiterin.
In my experience, the company doesn't even deserve a star! Unfriendly & incompetent! After several contacts, also (in writing) to the management with a request for feedback - no reaction! Unfriendly rejection on the phone of an employee.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vollkommen unprofessionelle Firma; nicht zu erreichen; hat noch nie auf E-Mails geantwortet; hält keinerlei Termine oder Zusagen ein; intransparente Vorgehensweise.
Reagiert einfach überhaupt nicht auf Anfragen. Auf eine handvoll Anfragen in den letzten Jahren habe ich nie auch nur eine einzige Reaktion erhalten!
Completely unprofessional company; unavailable; has never replied to emails; does not keep any deadlines or commitments; non-transparent approach.
Just doesn't respond to requests at all. I've never received a single response to a handful of inquiries over the past few years!
