Attese al telefono nella norma....anzi forse anche più veloci di quanto potreste aspettarvi. Entrati nel consolato sarete trattati benissimo!! Io personalmente ci sono stato il 6 gennaio scorso e mi hanno trattato con molta cortesia. Sono stati velocissimi a espletare le mie esigenze Because they have always been kind and have tried in every way to be as precise as possible. Waiting on the phone normal .... indeed perhaps even faster than you might expect. Entering the consulate you will be treated very well !! I personally went there on January 6th and they treated me with great courtesy. They were very quick to fulfill my needs

Il problema non è del personale che è gentile e preciso quanto della gestione del sistema pubblico che è assurdo, o meglio: italiano. Once you have the appointment (it was simple), everything is fine. The problem is not with the staff who are polite and precise but with the management of the public system which is absurd, or rather: Italian.
M	Matteo Petruzzellis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un servizio incredibilmente pessimo, eppure tutto così familiare: prenotazione online ai limiti del ridicolo, accesso agli uffici da commedia, nessuno dietro agli sportelli ma due impiegate a chiacchierare come fossero al bar (ovviamente nemmeno lo straccio di un saluto), addetto ai passaporti che arriva sistemandosi i pantaloni. Una penna assicurata al vetro dell sportello con uno spago e lo scotch! Nell’ambasciata d’Italia - patria del design, dell’arte e del buon gusto. Mi ci sono voluti dei mesi per trovare uno slot libero nel calendario online, ho dovuto fare un viaggio di 700 km, e in ufficio non c’era nessuno. Per il rilascio e la stampa del passaporto sono necessari 10-15 minuti al massimo. L’impiegato, peraltro abbastanza gentile ed efficiente, ne potrebbe fare comodamente 6 in un’ora. Davvero non ci sarebbe bisogno di alcuna prenotazione! Chiunque sia il responsabile di questo servizio andrebbe rimosso immediatamente. An incredibly bad service, yet all so familiar: online booking to the limits of the ridiculous, access to comedy offices, no one behind the counters but two employed to chat as if they were at the bar (obviously not even the rag of a greeting), passport clerk who comes by adjusting his pants. A pen secured to the glass of the door with a string and scotch tape! In the Italian Embassy - home of design, art and good taste. It took me months to find a free slot in the online calendar, I had to travel 700 km, and there was nobody in the office. A maximum of 10-15 minutes is required to issue and print the passport. The employee, who is also quite polite and efficient, could easily do 6 in an hour. There really would be no need for a reservation! Whoever is responsible for this service should be removed immediately.
