The "secret" is for the citizens to try to be informed about the procedures and everything can work more easily. The Ministry webpage works ok and the information there allows you to go prepared with the necessary documents. In my experience, i was also able to request info by phone, and the response was clear and accurate. I ve also send emails, which got responded the same or the next day. Kindness may resolve a great deal.

E	Ece Bilgin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had nothing to do in this building but people who are standing and waiting in front of the building everyday is disturbing the daily life of MANY! i work close to here and the road is always blocked with people. We also hear them inside and the smell of their smoke comes in as well. Why cant this building have a waiting room/area? This problem goes for YEARS!

Things have also been improving in terms of organisation over the past year (better managed queues, shorter waiting times, fast handling). However, a larger office with renovated facilities would be beneficial for both the employees and the public.
