E	Elisa Arthofer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die verantwortliche Verkäuferin meinte zu mir auf Nachfrage, dass ich alles innerhalb von 30 Tagen zurückgeben (!!) könnte. Dass das NICHT der Fall ist erfuhr ich als ich das in einer anderen Intimissimi Filiale die Ware zurückgeben wollte, und mir dann aber mitgeteilt wurde, dass eine „Rückgabe“ in Wirklichkeit ein „Umtausch“ ist und nur gegen Ware oder Gutschrift umgetauscht wird, und eine Rückgabe sowieso nie möglich ist. Als ich die Verkäuferin jetzt noch einmal besuchte, um zumindest eine Gutschrift zu erhalten, meinte sie, dass sie von der Geschäftsleitung dazu angewiesen wird den Kunden NIE zu sagen, dass es kein Geld zurück gibt sondern immer zu bestätigen, dass eine Rückgabe der Artikel möglich ist, obwohl das nicht stimmt. Werde hier nie wieder einkaufen. When asked, the saleswoman in charge told me that I could return everything (!!) within 30 days. I found out that this is NOT the case when I wanted to return the goods in another Intimissimi branch, and was then told that a "return" is actually an "exchange" and will only be exchanged for goods or credit, and a return is never possible anyway. When I visited the seller again to get at least a credit, she said that the management instructed her to NEVER tell the customer that there was no money back, but to always confirm that the item could be returned is, although that is not true. Will never shop here again.
