Keine zeitgemäße Methode mehr! Werde auf keinem Fall mehr etwas bei "Kleider Bauer" kaufen. In the case of a complaint of a customer service is catastrophic. Ich weiß sehr wohl, von was ich spreche, nach mehr als 20 Jahren Erfahrung und Führung eines internationalen Unternehmens. Von kompetenter Beratung bis hin zur unverbindlichen Bestellung von nicht lagerneden Modellen - Herr Ostertag bemüht sich immer. Vielen Dank! Ich war auf der Suche nach einem Anzug, ein Mitarbeiter kümmerte sich gleich um mich (allerdings überhaupt nicht aufdringlich) und gab mir ein Modell, das auf Anhieb passte. Nur die Ärmel waren eine Spur zu lang, daher der Vorschlag, sie zu kürzen, wofür auch gleich Maß genommen wurde. Die Preise sind eher hoch, dafür gibt es gute Qualität, kompetente Beratung und eine saubere, aufgeräumte Filiale. Nachdem ich bei anderen Filialen dieselbe Erfahrung gemacht habe, kann ich die negativen Kritiken überhaupt nicht nachvollziehen... Can not confirm the bad experiences either. War bisher 3mal dort und kann nur positives berichten (sowohl beim Aussuchen von Anzügen als auch bei der Freizeitkleidung. Besten Dank! Unhöflich und nicht mal wissen was an Ware (Tommy Hilfiger wurde gesucht) im Geschäft hat ist schlimm ?. Man sollte glauben das sich jeder freut wieder arbeiten gehen zu können . Abgesehen davon preisschild bekleben mit reduzierten Preis was keine 50 Prozent sind. (KÖNNTE AUCH VON EINEM VORHERIGEN LOCKDOWN SEIN) Man fragt als Kunde von welchem der zwei Preise nun die 50 Prozent sind. Und man bekommt wirklich vom Verkäufer als Antwort Na was Denkens. Muss ganz ehrlich sagen Gratulation. Es war eine Frage und dann so eine Antwort zu bekommen Hallo was ist mit dem Motto es gibt keine blöden Fragen oder der Kunde ist König?? Bin richtig enttäuscht gewesen leider. Unfortunately pure shock. Been there on Thursday, something from bad-tempered employees! Rude and not even knowing what goods (Tommy Hilfiger was wanted) in the shop is bad ?. You should think that everyone is happy to go back to work. Bin erstaunt mit wie viel Geduld und Profesionalität das Personal mit mir umgegangen sind. Sei es Anzüge, Polos, Jeans oder Chino's.. Ich wollte am liebsten alles mitnehmen was ich gesehen hab. Vielen Dank an Frau Morina und Herrn Kostic für das rundum Service, bin begeistert von Ihrer Art mit Kunden umzugehen. That was my first visit to Kleid-Bauer and it will definitely not be my last. I am amazed at how much patience and professionalism the staff dealt with me. Be it suits, polos, jeans or chinos .. I wanted to take everything with me that I saw. Many thanks to Ms. Morina and Mr. Kostic for the all-round service, I am enthusiastic about the way you deal with customers.
