Lekker avondeten! het 'taartenbuffet' stelt wel niet zoveel voor en het ontbijt mocht iets uitgebreider, verder vriendelijk personeel en ook de pitztal summer card die in de prijs id inbegrepen is een topper! Vlakbij de liften, met leuke activiteiten voor kinderen eens je boven bent . Mooie wandelroutes om daar te starten. Misschien wel nog de opmerking dat er in het hotel ook anderstalige brochures /info/menu zou mogen liggen in plaats van enkel Duits. Veel Vlamingen in het hotel konden zich niet altijd behelpen en moesten vaak opzoeken wat het avondeten was. Maar voor de rest een prima verblijf! Nice, neat rooms. Nice dinner! the 'cake buffet' does not mean much and the breakfast could be a bit more extensive, otherwise friendly staff and the pitztal summer card that is included in the price id is a winner! Near the lifts, with fun activities for children once you are upstairs. Beautiful hiking trails to start there. Perhaps the comment that the hotel should also have foreign-language brochures / info / menu instead of just German. Many Flemings in the hotel could not always help themselves and often had to look up what dinner was. But otherwise a great stay!

De lunchpakketten zijn erg mager, die waren voor ons niet genoeg waardoor we tussen de middag alsnog een restaurantje of bakker op moesten zoeken (één broodje en een klein koekje voor een lange wandeling is veel te weinig). De bedden zijn wat hard maar verder is de kamer prima (wij hadden een classic kamer geboekt). Het personeel spreekt weinig tot geen Engels (ook de receptie niet!). Ook het diner menu was in het Duits. Wij spreken heel slecht Duits maar kwamen een eind met een vertaal app. Op deze punten na was het echt een prima hotel met mooi uitzicht. Ontbijt en diner zijn super, 's avonds kun je nog lekker in de bar wat drinken, de kamers hebben zowel een bank als een balkon waardoor je er even kunt zitten. Verder ben je toch de hele dag weg om bijvoorbeeld te wandelen, dus meer heb je niet nodig. De Pitztal summer card die we er gratis bij kregen was erg leuk, daarmee konden we een aantal attracties en skiliften gratis in. Één van deze skiliften staat op nog geen 2 minuten lopen van het hotel. Verder is het hotel een heel goede uitvalsbasis voor mooie wandelroutes. Good price / quality ratio. The packed lunches are very meager, they were not enough for us, so we still had to look for a restaurant or bakery at noon (one sandwich and a small biscuit for a long walk is far too little). The beds are a bit hard, but otherwise the room is fine (we had booked a classic room). The staff speak little or no English (not even the reception!). The dinner menu was also in German. We speak very bad German but came to an end with a translation app. Apart from these points, it was a really good hotel with a nice view. Breakfast and dinner are great, in the evening you can enjoy a drink in the bar, the rooms have both a sofa and a balcony so you can sit there for a while. Furthermore, you are out all day for walking, for example, so you don't need more. The Pitztal summer card that we received for free was very nice, it allowed us to enter a number of attractions and ski lifts for free. One of these ski lifts is less than a 2-minute walk from the hotel. Furthermore, the hotel is a very good base for beautiful hiking routes.

E	Eduard Lenhardt on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir haben mit der ganzen Familie hier einen schönen Weihnachts und Skiurlaub verbracht. Das Hotel ist sicherlich nicht günstig, liegt dafür aber quasi am Lift und an der Talabfahrt. Paar Schritte muss man trotzdem laufen. Dank Corona fällt es schwer vernünftig zu bewerten. Das Hotel war nämlich max. halb voll, deswegen immer angenehm. Dafür mussten wir bei Mittagsjause und Kuchen, doch Einschnitte hinnehmen. Es wurde entgegen der Angebotsbeschreibung zusammen gelegt und die Auswahl war quasi nicht da. Bei Kuchenbuffet stelle ich mir normalerweise mehr als 1 Kuchensorte vor. Lasse ich aber als Coronaauslastungsfolge durchgehen. Das Personal war freundlich und das Essen war gut. Beim Frühstück könnte das warme Essen, also Eier und Speck besser gemacht werden als auf der Warmhalteplatte. Hervorheben möchte ich das hervorragende Heilig Abend Menü. Leider wurde ab Weihnachten nicht sonstiges besonderes gemacht. Waren wir von anderen Hotels anders gewohnt. Als Familie mit grösseren Kindern kann ich nur das recht teure Angebot mit 2 Zimmern empfehlen. Zu viert im normalen Zimmer mit Schlafcouch war es zu eng. Die Blockhaussauna ist toll, jedoch das Drumherum nicht fertig - Renovierung. Somit stand man nach der Sauna, beim frische Luft schnappen, quasi auf dem Präsentierteller für Skifahrer auf dem Rückweg zum Auto. Wie oben schon erwähnt, trotz erwähnter Schwächen, die man teils mit Corona entschuldigen kann, durchaus gutes Hotel. We spent a wonderful Christmas and skiing holiday here with the whole family. The hotel is certainly not cheap, but is more or less by the lift and the valley run. You still have to walk a few steps. Thanks to Corona, it is difficult to evaluate properly. The hotel was half full at most, so it was always pleasant. But we had to accept cuts at lunchtime snack and cake. Contrary to the description of the offer, it was merged and the selection was virtually absent. At a cake buffet, I usually imagine more than 1 type of cake. But I'll let it go as a corona utilization sequence. The staff was friendly and the food was good. At breakfast, the warm food, i.e. eggs and bacon, could be made better than on the hotplate. I would like to highlight the excellent Christmas Eve menu. Unfortunately, nothing special was done from Christmas onwards. We were used to different from other hotels. As a family with older children, I can only recommend the rather expensive offer with 2 rooms. Four of them in the normal room with a sofa bed it was too tight. The log cabin sauna is great, but the trappings are not finished - renovation. Thus, after the sauna, with a breath of fresh air, you stood on the presentation plate for skiers on the way back to the car. As already mentioned above, despite the weaknesses mentioned, some of which can be excused with Corona, a very good hotel.
