Der Therapeut begann auf eine meiner Aussagen plötzlich zu lachen, was ich absolut nicht nachvollziehen konnte, denn lustig gemeint war diese Aussage von mir nicht, aber gut... Wir hatten dann noch weitere Termine vereinbart. Den 2. Termin musste ich kurzfristig 2 Tage davor absagen, da ich beruflich nach Innsbruck fahren musste. Ich ersuchte, den Termin auf den Tag danach oder die darauffolgende Woche, in der wir auch unseren 3. Termin geplant hatten, zu verschieben. War alles nicht möglich. Also hätte ich den Termin dann danach wahrgenommen, wofür wir wahrscheinlich auch einen Termin gefunden haben. Leider absolut gar nicht kulant zeigte sich Herr Hausjell, wie es ums Zahlen ging, denn verrechnet wurde mir der Termin trotzdem. Natürlich habe ich auch den anderen Termin sofort (und diesmal zeitgerecht, dass keine Kosten entstanden) angesagt. Aus meiner persönlichen Sicht kann und würde ich Herrn Hausjell niemanden weiterempfehlen! I didn't feel comfortable here. The therapist suddenly began to laugh at one of my statements, which I absolutely couldn't understand, because this statement was not meant to be funny, but good ... We then made further appointments. I had to cancel the second appointment at short notice two days in advance because I had to go to Innsbruck for work. I asked that the appointment be postponed to the day after or the following week in which we had also planned our 3rd appointment. Everything was not possible. So I would have kept the appointment afterwards, which we probably also found an appointment for. Unfortunately, Mr. Hausjell was absolutely not at all accommodating when it came to paying, because I was charged for the appointment anyway. Of course, I announced the other appointment immediately (and this time in good time so that no costs were incurred). From my personal point of view, I cannot and would not recommend Mr. Hausjell to anyone!
M	Mohamed Abdelsalam on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Einer der seinen Beruf ausübt um Menschen tatsächlich zu helfen, er nimmt sich keinen Blatt vor dem Mund und sagt gleich was Sache. Selbst als einer der skeptischsten Menschen dieser Welt kann ich Hrn Mag. Hausjell vertrauen und dies alleine schon wegen seiner Art. Ich konnte ihm Dinge erzählen mit denen andere Psychologen überfordert waren. Ganz nebenbei ist er ein Herzens guter Kerl und man kann mit ihm sowohl ernsthaft diskutieren als auch herzhaft lachen. Vielen Dank Hr. Hausjell Someone who does his job to actually help people, he doesn't mince his words and says something straight away. Even as one of the most skeptical people in the world, I can trust Mag. Hausjell, if only because of his nature. I was able to tell him things that other psychologists could not cope with. By the way, he's a good guy at heart and you can have serious discussions with him as well as laugh heartily. Thank you Mr. Hausjell
