★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Keine Einsicht von der Geschäftsleitung! Ich habe mehrer Produkte gekauft, aber bei der Jacke um 140 Euro war ich mir schon im Geschäft unsicher, dennoch ließ ich mich von der Verkäuferin überzeugen! Zuhause war ich dann leider doch mit der Entscheidung unzufrieden und wollte die Jacke zurück geben, statt Geld zurück gibt es nur einen Gutschein mit dem Verweis auf eine Tafel die angeblich an der Kasse steht! Das ärgerte mich jetzt sehr, denn statt aufmerksam darauf gemacht zu werden bzgl Rückgabe, da die Verkäuferin merkte, dass ich nicht 100% überzeugt war, wurden die Artikel schon zur Kasse mitgenommen und verrechnet, bevor ich noch dort stand. Bin gar nicht davon ausgegangen, denn in andern Intersport wird sehrwohl das Geld zurück gegeben. Jetzt habe ich keine Jack aber einen Gutschein von 140 Euro.
No insight from the management! I bought several products, but I was unsure about the jacket for 140 euros in the store, but I let the saleswoman convince me! At home I was unfortunately dissatisfied with the decision and wanted to give the jacket back, instead of money back there is only a voucher with a reference to a board that is supposed to be at the cash register! That annoyed me very much, because instead of being made aware of the return, because the saleswoman noticed that I was not 100% convinced, the items were taken to the checkout and charged before I was even there. I didn't think so, because in other Intersport the money will be given back. Now I don't have a Jack but a voucher of 140 euros.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit ?. Mir wurden sogar Gewichte und Medizinbälle, die ich als Weihnachtsgeschenke gekauft habe, zum Auto gebracht. Ist mir schon lange nicht mehr passiert so ein Service.???
Very friendly and helpful ?. I was even taken to the car with weights and medicine balls that I bought as Christmas presents. Hasn't such a service happened to me in a long time

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fachberatung war äußerst schlecht, beim Tennisschuhkauf steht der Verkäufer daneben und findet es nicht einmal der Mühe wert beim Schuhe probieren zu helfen! Das sollte in einem sogenannten Fachgeschäft nicht so sein?
Expert advice was extremely bad, when buying tennis shoes the seller stands by and doesn't even think it's worth the effort to help try on shoes! Shouldn't that be the case in a so-called specialty shop?

Another successful purchase: looking for hiking sticks and finding them myself, asked if I needed help, differences were explained, 2 pairs were tried, 1 bought :-) ... No customer card is also not a problem! All the best
