S	Siegfried Neumeister on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr schöne Appartements zu nicht überteuerten Preisen. Brötchenservice. Frühstücksmöglichkeit in der Wildereralm bzw. im Niederbergstüberl (Sommer). Nur 5 Gehminuten zur Roten 8er Talstation Very nice apartments at not too expensive prices. Bread service. Breakfast possibility in the Wildereralm or in the Niederbergstüberl (summer). Only 5 minutes walk to the Red 8er valley station
L	Laura on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir haben einen wunderschönen Sommerurlaub auf dem Baumanngut verbracht. Unser App. 100 (so wie das gesammte Haus) war sehr sauber. Die Küche(auf der anderen Seite des Flurs) ist neu renoviert und mit Spülmaschine, Mikrowelle und Backofen ausgestattet. Am Haus befinden sich Pferde, Kaninchen, Meerschweinchen, Hängebauchschweine, Ziegen und Gänse. Ca. 250 Meter vom Baumanngut befindet sich das dazugehörige Restaurant Niederbergstüberl. Hier befinden sich noch 2 Wallabys, Ziegen und Kaninchen. Aber für Kinder viel wichtiger: die Kartbahn, eine Hüpfburg und ein gepflegter Spielplatz. Der perfekte Platz für Kinder:-) Durch die guten Tipps der Wirtin Conny (und der Salzburger Land Card) hatten wir einen sehr schönen und abwechsungreichen Urlaub. We spent a wonderful summer vacation on the Baumanngut. Our app. 100 (like the whole house) was very clean. The kitchen (across the hall) is newly renovated and equipped with a dishwasher, microwave and oven. There are horses, rabbits, guinea pigs, pot-bellied pigs, goats and geese at the house. Approx. The associated Niederbergstüberl restaurant is 250 meters from Baumanngut. There are still 2 wallabies, goats and rabbits. But much more important for children: the go-kart track, a bouncy castle and a well-tended playground. The perfect place for children :-) Thanks to the good tips from the landlady Conny (and the Salzburger Land Card) we had a very nice and varied vacation.

Viele kleine Wanderung mit unsern Kids konnten wir direkt vom Hof aus starten. Größere Runden sind wenige Autominuten entfernt, genauso wie die Sommerlifte in Flachau und Wagrain (hier ist der Eintritt in das wirklich schöne Freibad im Preis inbegriffen). In der zugehörigen Wirtschaft auf der anderen Straßenseite gibt es gutes Essen und einen tollen Spielplatz mit Hüpfburg und Kettcar Rennstrecke. Conny die Wirtin ist stets super bemüht uns einen schönen Urlaub zu bieten und unsere Kids lieben sie. Es gibt auch einen Semmelservice, wodurch wir jeden Morgen frische Semmeln und Croissants hatten. Das Appartment ist wie beschrieben gut mit allem nötigen ausgestattet. Vielen Dank für alles! We spent our summer vacation in Appartment 90 and it was just great. Many small hike with our kids we could start directly from the yard. Larger laps are a few minutes drive away, as well as the summer lifts in Flachau and Wagrain (here the entrance to the really beautiful outdoor pool is included in the price). In the associated economy across the street there is good food and a great playground with bouncy castle and Kettcar racetrack. Conny the landlady is always trying very hard to offer a nice holiday and our kids love her. There is also a bread roll service, so we had fresh rolls and croissants every morning. The apartment is as described well equipped with everything necessary. Many thanks for everything!
E	Elli Bender on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Große geräumige gemütliche Unterkunft mit 3 Doppelbett Schlafzimmern und Kamin. 5 Minuten zur Gondel mit Skischule und Skiverleih. Unglaublich viel Schnee! Tolles Skigebiet, super gelegen. Keine Luxus Unterkunft, aber super eingerichtete Küche, zwei Balkone, zwei Schlafzimmer, warme Dusche mit viel Druck. Zum Supermarkt muss man in den nächsten Ort. Bus am Skilift. Large spacious cozy accommodation with 3 double bedrooms and fireplace. 5 minutes to the gondola with ski school and ski rental. Incredible snow! Great ski area, great location. No luxury accommodation, but super equipped kitchen, two balconies, two bedrooms, hot shower with lots of pressure. To the supermarket you have to go to the next place. Bus at the ski lift.

D	Dotan Goor-Arye on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Big and clean rooms. Conny, the owner, is very nice person and always willing to help. The apartment is in the farm, and all around are the farm animals, for our city dwelling kids, this is exiting, they love it.
P	Pavel Kozák on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We spent 3 beautiful days here. Excellent location, home atmosphere, rooms were cozy, clean, kitchen sufficient equiped. The possibility to use ski depot was appreciated and simplified "ski logistic" every morning. Nordic skiing tracks are 200 m in front of the house so it's possible to close the day with short trip to Flachau or Wagrain ... or even further. We enjoyed!
S	S M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Wagrain ski runs are only about 300 metres walk from the apartments. There are family and 2 personal heated ski lockers to store ski equipment. Very clean and spacious accomodations. Nearby towns within about 35km offer lots of shopping. Can ski over the valleys by taking ski lifts. There are about 40 runs. Atomic factory can be visited too.
