Bei einem kurzen Bummel durch die Filiale wurde mir in 2 Abteilungen sofort Hilfe angeboten, aber nicht aufdringlich. Preise für meinen Geschmack etwas teurer, liegt aber unter anderem auch an den Marken. Very nice, large and very clear market. Particularly attentive and courteous staff. During a short stroll through the branch, I was immediately offered help in 2 departments, but not intrusive. Prices a bit more expensive for my taste, but this is partly due to the brands.

Umtausch nicht möglich Muss ich meine Trainingsutensielien zukünftig wo anders kaufen Bought sleeveless training shirt for over 50€ Worn once for fitness training, washed according to the label and the shirt was completely torn (seam torn extensively) I wanted to exchange the shirt, but the lady at the cash register didn't believe that this could happen after one wash. Exchange not possible Will I have to buy my training equipment somewhere else in the future?

Sie ist wahnsinnig kompetent und erklärt einem alles und das mit Begeisterung und Freude. Jeder Kunde ist gleich und alle bekommen ihre volle Aufmerksamkeit und Zeit! Sie erwähnt alle Vor- und Nachteile jedes Produktes und erleichtert einem die Entscheidung. Ein Aufzwingen von Produkten gibt es nicht. Top Service! Noch nie so tolle Beratungen erhalten! Bitte weiter so! I have to give huge praise to "EVA". I've been to her three times for bikes and accessories. She is incredibly competent and explains everything to you with enthusiasm and joy. Every customer is the same and everyone gets their full attention and time! It mentions all the advantages and disadvantages of each product and makes it easier for you to make a decision. Ich weiß, dass es „vorgeschrieben“ wird – trotzdem möchte ich sagen, dass es Kunden gibt, die es für sehr unangenehm halten! Mir zum Beispiel ist die Shopping-Laune sofort vergangen. Da mir aber eine gute, entspannte Einkaufstimmung beim Shoppen sehr wichtig ist (sogar wichtiger als tolle Angebote), geht nur 1xStern von mir für diese Filiale – sorry. The employees are friendly anyway, BUT... Right at the entrance you are checked for "2G": For me personally it is a sign of the lack of trust in the customers. I know it's "mandatory" - however I would like to say that there are customers who find it very uncomfortable! For example, I lost my shopping mood immediately. But since a good, relaxed mood when shopping is very important to me (even more important than great offers), I only give this branch 1x star - sorry.
