M	Michael Opelt on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Firma Ginzinger verkauft SYM Motorräder, eigentlich robuste alte Linien von Yamaha, die in Südkorea hergestellt werden. Nach 4 Jahren brachte ich die bei Ginzinger gekaufte 125 KS nach Ried, weil sie "ruckelte". 4 Wochen vergehen, dann heißt es, die Maschine sei repariert. Icvh lege € 170.- hin und beim Heimfahren dreh ich sofort um. Nichts war anders. Weitere 3 Wochen vergehen und ich bekomme die Meldung, dass die Maschine irreparabel sei, die mögliche Reparatur den Wert der Maschine übersteige. Also die 125er wieder holen und zu einem guten Bekannten gebracht. Der hat den Vergaser wirklich peniebel gereinigt und - sie geht wieder. Da frag ich mich schon. Wer Maschinen verkauft, der sollte so einen leichten Fehler schon finden. Zudem wollte ich dann die € 170.- zurück. Zu mehr als € 35.- war man nicht bereit. Für mich ist diese Firma, die gleich jeden mit "DU" anspricht nur im Neuverkauf akzeptabel, da ist ja auch das meiste Geld drin, beim Reparieren sucht Euch besser jemanden anderen. The Ginzinger company sells SYM motorcycles, actually sturdy old lines from Yamaha that are made in South Korea. After 4 years I brought the 125 KS that I had bought from Ginzinger to Ried because it "jerked". 4 weeks pass, then it is said that the machine has been repaired. I put € 170.- and when I drive home I turn around immediately. Nothing was different. Another 3 weeks pass and I get the message that the machine is irreparable, that the possible repair is beyond the value of the machine. So get the 125 cc again and bring it to a good friend. He cleaned the carburetor really painstakingly and - it works again. I wonder. Anyone who sells machines should find such a slight mistake. I also wanted the € 170 back. They weren't ready for more than € 35. For me, this company, which immediately addresses everyone with "YOU", is only acceptable for new sales, since most of the money is in there, when repairs you better look for someone else.
N	Norbert Puttinger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolut die schlechteste Fahrrad Reparatur. Nach ca. 20 Anrufe wird man vielleicht mal durchgestellt. Für ein Verkauf eines neuen Bikes sind sie sofort bereit aber zur Reparatur nicht fähig!! Ich muss leider einen Stern vergeben. Korrektur 4.09.2020 nach den 3ten vereinbarten Termin wo mir versprochen wurde mich anzurufen ob mein Fahrrad fertig ist oder halt nicht. Wartete ich wieder vergebens. Korrektur 5.09.2020 fragte ich wieder mal nach was jetzt Sache ist. Per Tel. wurde mir gesagt ja fertig. Natürlich holte ich es sofort ab, aber leider erfuhr ich bei der Abholung sie haben mich verwechselt es sei nicht fertig.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Zusammengefast 3x hinfahren Fahrzeit eine Strecke 30min 10.8- 5.9 keine Reparatur. Mein Fahrrad repariert jetzt eine richtige Fachwerkstadt. Update zur Reparatur in Fachwerkstadt Fritzmobile wurde das MTB in zwei Tagen ohne Mängel oder sonstiges Repariert! So funktioniert das! Absolutely the worst bike repair ever. After about 20 calls you might be put through. If you want to sell a new bike, you are immediately ready but not able to repair it! Unfortunately I have to award a star. Correction 9/4/2020 after the 3rd agreed appointment where I was promised to call me whether my bike is ready or not. I waited again in vain. Correction 09/05/2020 I asked again what is going on now. I was told by phone yes finished. Of course I picked it up right away, but unfortunately when I picked it up I found out they had mistaken me for it was not ready. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! All in all, drive there 3 times, travel time 30 minutes 10.8-5.9 no repair. My bike is now repairing a real half-timbered town. Update for repairs in half-timbered town Fritzmobile, the MTB was repaired in two days without defects or anything else! This is how it works!
